There is sure to be a lot of activity today being the day after
Halloween and 11-1-11.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about, I'm talking about
the Angelic or Master Numbers.
So here is some information about the numbers 1, 11, 111, 1111 and any
other combination of the 1s.
This first snip comes from http://www.angelscribe.com/1111. html:
"Whenever you see the sequence 111 or 1111 show up, it is a great sign
of a golden opportunity. Both sequences mean that a "doorway" has
opened up in which your intentions and goals will manifest extremely
quickly. The Angels have taught me to focus my thoughts and intentions
whenever I see 111 or 1111, almost like making a wish when a cake with
candles is presented to you."
I find this so true. I have noticed that since I began to recognize
these sequences of numbers, straight away I have a mind set for
blessings, gratitude and positive thinking. I thank the angels for the
nudge and I can't help but feel really good inside when seeing these
numbers. It's not just the numbers 11 or 111 it is any combination of
triple digits. Each with their own significance.
Lately I have been seeing 666 a lot. This tells me to change my
thoughts. What I have previously conceived to be bad is not neccisarily
so. Previously, my thoughts toward the 6s came from early childhood
conditioning. Growing up in the bible belt of the South, we are taught
that the 6s are evil, thats the Devil's number, the mark of the beast.
Can you imagine that poor number 6 and how it must feel to have such a
bad reputation for no real good reason at all. So now when I see the 6s
I smile and acknowledge the message and the goodness that can be found
in that number and dispell any negative thoughts that may come to mind.
Ok back to the 1s. Today is indeed a magical day filled with endless
possibilities for us all. We simply need to recognize that the
possibilities exist and that they are within our reach. We then need to
take positive action to walk forward in our lives to bring about the
changes that we wish to see.

Do some protection to your home with this bit of kitchen magic. Place an uneven number of peppercorns into a mortar and pestle. Begin grinding, focusing on the energy of the peppercorns spreading out to surround your home and those living within it. Grind them well while charging them with protecting all you hold dear. When done, place the ground bits into a small bottle or jar. Add some sharp, pointy bits such as thumbtacks, pins, or needles. Seal the bottle and place out of sight in whatever room you would consider the heart of your home.
Holiday lore: The time between sundown on Samhain to sundown today, the Day of the Dead, was considered a transition time, or "thin place," in Celtic lore. It was a time between the worlds when deep insights could pass more easily to those open to them. Through the portals could also pass beings of wisdom, of play, and of fun. And while in time these beings took on a feeling of otherness and evil, as our modern relationship between the realms has been muddled, today can be a day to tap into the magic and wonder of other worlds

Did anyone miss me the last couple of days? I was at an open circle, Samhain ritual, and helped set up and clean up. It wore me out so I didn't post yesterday. I guess because they asked me to play the role of High Priest and I am not used to drawing down the God, and he dies tonight that I was soooo worn out yesterday that I couldn't hold my laptop. It was a great privilege, and I feel blessed, but I did not know it would have such an effect on me physically and mentally. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Or is it just me? I am very empathetic!!! I will try and do some posting later, but due to the holidays, I am behind on college work. I have to write an essay and blah, blah blah, by tomorrow, but I will need a break too. If the computer doesn't get to be too much I will see you then. and Happy New Year all!!!

Thanks for the advice. Actually before I read your mail, I drew down the Goddess, Hecate, and I fell like a million bucks now! I think it was psychological because the God dies!

This week we are still haunted by Samhain-tide - as the veil remains so thin. So our conversation will be all about Ghosts. Have you ever had a ghostly encounter? Can't say as I have, but I tend to believe in them. I think there are far more believable stories out there than not. I guess I've always beleived in them - even when I was a kid, I would get spooked by ghost stories far more easily than stuff involving creatures, because ghosts just always seemed more plausable to me.
So, we'll be looking into what ghost hunters believe to be the truth about ghosts - what are they - what do they want - and why won't they stop slamming the damn doors???
