Merry meet Bill
And thanks for your reply to what I said.
I agree with what you said.
In my mind I find it almost impossible to see all religions in fact any religions hugging and kissing each other and say lets be best friends and share our food and eat cake together.
For centuries they have clashed and fought and there has even been blood shed I cannot think that now any peace from a whole group of individuals would be fake or for some other reason then peace.
I do how ever think maybe the board is good enough just because it shows unity. I think it shows we can all get along to some extent with different beliefs in this day in age and that the whole old fashioned "believe what I do or live for the dire consequences" doesn't exist anymore.

Yep a few Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Pagans etc etc, who are actually fair minded individuals and who have a genuine desire to establish some sort of dialogue between religions with a view to reducing the hate and bigotry that exists. Of course there are the usual busy bodies whose only purpose is to puff up their already over inflated sense of self importance, but they will be present in pretty much any gathering of humans. Sadly though, even those whose motivation is of the best kind are wasting their efforts because of the very mindsets you quote in your post.. and which.. unfortunately...are pretty well entrenched in the core of so many religions. And let's not get all holier than thou regarding "Pagans" either.. nothing more bigoted than your hairy-arsed enviro-nazi sanctimonious ..I'm here to enlighten the masses and save the planet, whale, rainforest or whatever Pagan.

I seriously find no reason really for this board because to be honest the Christian want everyone to be christian the Muslims want everyone to be Muslim where is the equality? I mean the Christian bible basically states that we are sinners and should be begging for forgiveness. Sorry I usually am not one to point fingers but I walk down the street and there are people saying "shame on you" I go to uni and there are people telling me my father will burn in hell. I walk down the mall and there are two men quoting the bible.

Core Reclaiming Class: Elements of Magic

Join Melbourne Reclaiming teachers and practioners, Greenlilith and Sandra Lacey
for an 8 week Core Reclaiming course on the Elements of Magic.
Our classes are an experiential discovery of how Reclaiming makes magic. Journey
through the five elements and seven directions as sacred space is created and
basic exercises essential to Witchcraft ritual; ritual etiquette and working
with energy are practiced. Each week an Element will be explored and embodied
through theory, exercises, meditation and discussion. We will examine the
history of Reclaiming and its evolvement into ecstatic organic earth-based
ritual. A student who studies core Elements class can expect to be able to
create ritual on her/his own and in a group.
Classes will be held in Northcote 7:30 -10:30 pm at a cost of $80.00 (for 8
weeks) from Thursday 9th Feb -Thursday 29th March.
