The only thing that I have ever had to do when applying for a phone psychic job was do a reading for the person interviewing me. The lady that hired me at my first phone psychic job has always told me when she found a new site to work for. She is hiring manager. I have been basically working sites for her since 2004. Even when I stop doing readings to work outside the house, she will take me back when I want to come back to working on the phones.
