Greetings All,
I know many of us are limited in our time and can't always pay attention
to everything that's going on. This easy to read, humorous and
ass-kicking article is the best I've read in terms of summing up what's
happened to women's rights since November before last, when Republicans
took over state governments across the country. Please read it and
share it WIDELY. Women and men have to know what's going on so they
know what side they're on in this battle for equality, justice and human
dignity.
Prepare yourself. If you weren't angry before, I think you'll be
infuriated, flabbergasted and ready to stand up and fight back this

Greetings Friends and Students,
I am in the process of putting together a schedule of classes,
presentations and offerings for the balance of 2012. With this email,
I'm putting out feelers about the community's interest in these
classes, some of which are definite, others tentative depending on your
interest. Please let me know if you or your friends might like to
enroll in these classes, rituals or presentations, which would probably
be held in Venice, CA or N. Hollywood, CA, unless noted otherwise. All
classes open to women, men and older, well-behaved children.Location:
_May 1_ - Performance at The Talking Stick, at 1411 Lincoln Blvd.,
Venice, CA 90291 - Cost: $5.....Time: 8PM Theme: *Mom*
_May_ 27 - Class - *Goddess Inspired Living* .... Description. Absent a
Goddess Bible, beyond the Wheel of the Year and Wicca 101, how Goddess
mythology offers ideals or a guide for living a life inspired by values
of the Divine Feminine. Location: N. Hollywood. Cost: $10 Held
after Sacred Sunday Service.
_June_ - Class Series - *Cakes for the Queen of Heaven *- Classes
1-5.... *IN ANCIENT TIMES*....Goddess worship in pre-historic and
pre-Judeo-Christian cultures.

_July_ 15th - *Annual Isis Birthday Salon and Feast* - Location: Signal
Hill, CA - 2PM - 4PM.....$30.00 Payment must be received by July 1.
Join us as we pay tribute at this annual gathering and pay tribute to
She of Ten Thousand Names. Feast, ritual, participatory activities in
private space - FUN!
_August_ - *Sistrum Making Workshop*....$30 for materials and class -
Location: Venice. Taught by Karen and Roy Tate. Make your own wood
and metal sacred ritual instrument of Isis, Bast and Hathor. History
and use of the sistrum. Mini-ritual.
_October_ - Class Series - *Cakes for the Queen of Heaven* - Classes
6-13.....*ON THE THRESHOLD*.....Goddess worship and powerful women in
ancient Judaism and early Christianity
