Spirit whispers in my ear this morning and so I must share the message I
have been given...
Life! Life .. it's simple.. it's complex... it's up .. it's down.. it's
here .. it's now.. it's this moment and the next.
I can't begin to tell you what life is all about ... ok well I could
begin but it would never end...lol.. this blog would go on forever!!!
But what I can tell you is what it's NOT about ...
It's not about the pain - it's about growing, learning and repairing
It's not about the torment - it's about the healing
It's not about the hurt - it's about not hurting anymore .... or anyone
It's not about the miles - it's about every step along the way
It's not about the size of the battle - it's about holding true to
yourself
It's not about the tears shed - it's about caring
It's not about the struggle - it's about the fight inside
It's not about youth - it's about the child within
It's not about money - it's about the treasure in YOU
It's not about what you have - it's about what you give
I could go on and on .. but I'll stop here ... I think you understand
the whisper from here...
Life is about finding peace and happiness .. right here .. right now..
in this moment .. within yourself.

I am the darkness at the source of the well.
I am the place where the waiting seeds swell
I am the cave of the earth serpents' sleeping.
All things wait in My cairn's keeping..
The rounded grey stones of the well shine bright with green moss in the
luminescent twilight. Withered grasses and the sharp brown umbrils of dead
meadowsweet guard the depths.
Above, slender Rowan boughs net the darkening sky with a tracery of black lace.
A solitary berry, overlooked by the hungry birds, hangs like a drop of dried
blood over the well. It is Winter and the earth is crusted hard, dusted with
silver frost.
It is not yet Spring, yet look up. The dry twigs are swelling at the tips,
hinting greens as yet unborn.
Look down. Look down into the waters of the winter well. Look down into the
darkness. Look through the reflection of your own being. Look into yourself,
into Herself.
Look deeper. In the eye of the well, in the dark water, is a single flame, small
and clear. Look deeper still. The quiet light illuminates a cavern, an earth
cairn, the source of the well, where the water waits as yet unrisen. The flame
burns, a small quiet leaf of fire.
There around the silent pool coil two serpents, dark in their interlocked sleep.
They rest, patterned in a knot of winter rest. They lie as yet unrisen.
And look, silhouetted against the stone, there stands a figure. Tall, she is, a
woman veiled in black and deepest amethyst, but through the dark veil her eyes
glow like small flames. She waits, drawing you into her darkness.
The Goddess speaks "I am the darkness at the source of the well."
Now the stillness is within you. You feel the ageless cold of stone, the
withering of flower and leaf, the cyclical lonely death of winter.
The Goddess speaks "I am the cave of the serpents' sleeping"
Now within the cold quietness, there is movement. The snakes are stirring. There
is gentle undulation, a reforming of coiled pattern. Movement grows stronger.
They writhe faster, forming a circle of interwoven darkness and light.
The movement is within you. Within the waiting womb of your being is a memory of
light and fire. It winds and weaves turning through the deep coldness. Within
you is a stirring, a disturbing, a searching, a longing for the linking of love.
The Goddess speaks "I am the place where the waiting seeds swell."
The figure is brighter now. Her robes shine darkly purple in the flame light.
She holds out her hands. Cupped between them is a small golden bowl, round and
smooth. From within it shines a soft green light. The green glow grows,
illuminating the veiled face of the Goddess.
The bowl draws you, warms you, as you reach out to take it into your own open
hands. Look into the bowl. Nested in green moss lie seeds of all kinds, seeds
like drifting brown dust, round seeds of mottled green. Grey winged or wrinkled
black, they lie waiting. Although none have yet germinated, all are swollen with
potential fecundity, a promise of fertility.
The bowl is warm as you hold it in your hands, cradle it to your breast. Now
within you is a heart's warmth, a seeding of hope. And you feel the hopes of
your heart's depths swell into longing.
The Goddess speaks "All things wait in my cairn of keeping."
The dark Goddess shines. She lifts her hands and they gleam pale in the flame
light.
The snake weaving changes, moving faster, becoming a rising coil, a spiral of
rising pattern, a great cone of darkness and light, now shot through with fiery
reds, now gold and green. Brighter, the whirling cone rises higher around the
leaf blade flame. And the water is whipped into a cauldron of bubbling pattern.
Higher and brighter rises the swirling knot, up into the eye of the well, swept
up into the starlit air, straightening swift as swords stabbing the night. And
they are gone, released to the winter dark.
There is a stillness within the earth cairn. It is the stillness of waiting, of
anticipation.
You breathe the waiting hope deep into your mouth. It fills your throat, rises
through your head, a cold clear frosty clarity enhancing all your senses. You
are revitalized with the awareness of the Goddess in the moment of transition.
She lifts Her pale hands once more, and Her white arms glow like frosted tree
limbs. And then she is transformed, clothed with a white light, bright as Spring
snow. Now she stands before you, a slender beautiful woman ,all in white, her
white hair flowing around her, shimmering like fresh snowfall or falling like
river thaw
And you also are filled with light, clear and lonely as a February dawn. She
surrounds you, enters you, transforms you with her cold illumination and
anticipation. In the clear white light the walls of the earth cairn fade away
and you find yourself standing once more beside the winter well, under the dark
tree canopy.
Now She speaks within you. The Goddess speaks with your own voice.
"I am bereft and lonely. I am cold. I cry out for the comfort of the dark cairn,
for the shielding peace of the dark veil.
I have held to myself the dreaming seeds, cradled them and sheltered them with
my body. Now they are scattered each to individual growth. They must search out
light and warmth, each in competition, seeking dominance. And I have let them go
for I may nurture but I may not control.
I have held to myself the pattern of the serpents' sleeping. Now they are
released to follow the heroes' path. They have entered into the conflict of
hunter and hunted, each searching ever for the other, they will hunt for me. But
I will pursue them to the year's end.
I am bereft and lonely in my compassion. I have birthed the years turning. The
earth womb is empty. I cry in my compassion. The joy and sorrow of it. Oh the
joy and sorrow of the heroes' path that is now loosed upon the earth. For I also
must play my part in this cycle taking in turn the role of bride and lover,
mother and queen until at the last I gather all back into my cairn's keeping
where tears of joy and sorrow become one with dreams of promise."
The night is dark and cold. Slender branches of Rowan shine in frosty splendor
under a crescent moon. The earth is hard and frozen. All seems Winter. But there
is a new fragrance in the clear air.

Spring Cleaning

Physical cleaning is as important as psychic or spiritual cleaning. Spring-cleaning is ever so much easier if you do it in concert with an anti-clutter campaign. The basic rule is that every surface gets cleaned; for a little magickal boost, put some rosemary or another blessing herb in the wash water. It is important to approach this cleaning not as a tiresome chore, but as a gift to yourself and the goddess of hearth and home. Play music, work with friends, pause and appreciate the work you've done every so often; and finish each day with a bath and a wonderful supper. Follow the physical house cleaning with a spiritual House Cleansing and Blessing Ritual.
House Cleansing And Blessing
Once your home is clean and uncluttered, you may want to spiritually cleanse and bless it.... especially if any of the following apply:
The house has not been purified since you moved in.
There has been serious illness in the home since your last house blessing.
There have been arguments or even physical violence in the house.
Anyone in the house has been very depressed or unhappy for any reason.
If any hardship or tragedy has befallen the residents.
Spring Yard Cleaning And Landscaping
As long as you're cleansing the inside of your house, you may as well do the outside – assuming you have an outside, and are not living in [an] Apartment....
If you do have a yard, even a little one, clean it up. Pick up trash, water the plants, seed any bare spots, and clip the bushes. If need be, paint the exterior of your house, or at least those peeling spots on the trim. Then think "landscaping." Is there room for an herb garden? A rock garden? A trellis with ivy or rose bushes? A birdhouse? A little shrine to your favorite deity? A recycling fountain?
Sanctuary Room
Do you have enough room in your home that there's an extra room to use for a sanctuary room? A place where you can go for quiet time, peace, rest, relaxation, meditation and even re-creation. Spring would be a good time to cleanse, create and dedicate one.
Alter And Ritual Tools
Spring is also a good time too to cleanse and re-consecrate your ritual tools and alter.

The Caim Of Bride

A protection spell involking the power of the saint is called "The Caim or Sanctuary of Brigit." It is a form of the circle of the circle of protection. The same technique might be used with Brigantia when a more active defense is required, or with any other aspect of god or goddess.
To make the caim, or "emcompassing" as it is also called, stretch out your right hand with the forefinger pointing away from you. Then pivot in place, deosil (clockwise), as you recite the charm. Once created, the protective circle will move with you as you walk and guard you from danger of any kind, physical or spiritual.
The spoken charm below has been adapted by the authors based on similar invocations in the Carmina Gadelica, and a piece in the Irish Saint Broccan's Hymn.
Be the compassing of the Bride around me,
Keeping me from hurt and harm,
Keeping me from wound and woe,
Shielding me from all despair.
The fiery sword of valiant Bride
Defend me from all black swarms.
The shield of blessed Bride.
Guard me from all sharp edges.
The cloak of gentile Bride

A shorter charm to recite with the caim (and easier to remember if you are nervous or in a hurry, is the following:

Symbols Of Brigit

Whether as Goddess or Saint, Brigit has numerous symbols associated with her.
Brigit's Cross: Her cross was most likely a sun emblem, others have taken it to represent the four quarters of the year.
The Flame: Fire of all kinds are associated with Brigit, especially the column of fire seen at her birth, the hearth fire, and the "eternal flame" of Kildare. Brigit is sometimes thought to be a sun goddess as well and this aspect is thought to survive or carry on in solar symbolism of Brigit's Cross.
Iron: This metal is sacred to Brigit as a goddess of smith craft, iron plows, horseshoes, tolls of all kinds and weapons are gifts and skills Brigit bestows to smiths. While iron is deadly to the Fae, oddly enough, Brigit is linked to Faery.
The Milky Way: As a baby Brigit was said to have been nourished by the "cosmic cow," which we know today as the Milky Way.
The Moon: This lunar orb is often connected with the Goddess as Maiden, Mother, Crone. Brigit is the winter Crone who transforms into the Maiden of Spring and the Mother as goddess of fertility. Janet Farrar makes a case for the moon link: "Lunar light is particularly that of inspiration. So it is fitting that Imbolg should be the feast of Brigit, the radiant triple Muse-Goddess...." 1 The image of the moon behind a silhouetted tree has been attributed to her worship.
Nine White Stones: These symbolized the nine virgins who attend Brigit. They were probably priestesses of the goddess, and later nuns tending the same eternal flame at Kildare. In time their numbers grew from nine to nineteen.
The Number Eight: Wood reminds us that Brigit is associated with the number eight in the Book of Lismore. The author emphasizes that:
"On the eighth of the month Brigit was born... in the eighty-eighth (year of her age) she went to heaven. With eight virgins was Brigit consecrated.... [Eight] is sometimes said to represent the two spheres, heaven and earth, joined and touching, which is reminiscent of the flame seen to come from the house where the child Brigit was sleeping, which joined heaven and earth...." 2
The Trinity: The triskelion, or three-armed cross, is often part of Brigit's lore, as is the figure of three concentric circles. This probably referred to her triple nature as the goddess, though later the Church would reinterpret it as the Christian Trinity.
Two Crescents: Two crescents, back to back, symbolized immortality. This symbol was quite popular among the Celtic tribes and appears, for example, on the coinage of Queen Boudicca's Iceni tribe.
Water: This represents both healing and divination, or access to the otherworld of foreknowledge, especially if it comes from a sacred spring or holy well.

Apparantly if you hear a frog, it will rain soon! Detox the body. Singing/chanting helps you feel more balanced now. Your entering a time of abundance.

to become non-homeless and job hunting put it on the back burner!
I vow not to hurt anything or anyone needlessly! I vow not to kill anyone
unless it is unavoidable! I hereby vow to show respect until proven otherwise!
I vow not to be the one calling names and to retain my cool and all costs! I am
no longer a warrior but a priest! I am though and always will be a guardian!

Edward Cook annouches his web site at http://www.homelessmaninamerica. I have a a blog on it! My having to use library computers will hinder how much I can work on it! For both limit the time to 1 hour each! Asu does thiers in 1/2 increments! I posted some info about St Vincent De Paul, Cass and Andre house on it! I will be posting about the other homeless services in the area soon! I then plan to list the cities that are treating the homeless worse then dirt! I also still have no cell phone! Freecycle is no longer what it used to be! I went on a job interview yesterday and got nothing from it! Work is picking up some! Edwebs.com.

The power of the Bear totem is the power of introspection.
The answers to all our questions lie within us. Each of us has the capacity to quiet the mind, enter the silence and know. Just as the bear hibernates during the winter, people with a Bear totem will be quieter during the winter months. But they

Animal totem meditation;
Animals tend to have a keener sense of purpose, and instinct. These are valuable traits we can learn from them by asking for their guidance, and observing their behaviours in our dreams and meditations. Meditation is simply a state of conscious dreaming, so you can use the following steps to help in identifying animal totems through both dreams and meditation.
1. Start an animal totem/meditation journal. Have this journal and a pen by your bedside or around the area in which you meditate. This is because you will want to record your experiences upon waking each morning or returning from deep meditation.
2. Go to sleep or meditate around the same time of day/night each day/night. Your subconscious is a creature of habit. As you settle into a routine, it will be easier to relax, and animal symbol identification will come more smoothly.
3. Make sure your environment is conducive to relaxation. Simply put a little order to your sleep/meditation area â€" it doesn't have to be a big deal. The subconscious loves order, and will be more cooperative if there aren't any distractions or nagging nuisances hanging around in your space.
4. Begin your sleep/meditation session by setting your intention for animal totem identification. You need to set forth a firm directive to both your subconscious mind, your spirit. Silently to yourself, repeat your intention to meet your animal spirit in your dreams.
Example-
“At this moment, I receive animal gifts and sight,
Be it in darkness or in light, (If you wish to use Clairaudience/sentience)
When I see this animal I wish it to show me what I am meant to know,
And with love and light it is welcome to go.â€
By repeating this or a similar invocation, you will coax your ego and chattering mind to relax, while your intuition and spirit begin to "warm up" to the goal of contacting your animal totem. Eventually, you will find yourself drifting into sleep (or alpha state of meditation). Relax, and roll with it, your animal totem is ready to reveal itself to you!
5. Upon waking up or rousing from meditation, write down your experience in your animal totem journal. This is critical. It's tough to rely on our memories with such delicate experiences. Dreams and meditations can be so elusive, and like the wind, the can disappear on us. It's important to record our experiences so that our minds can further digest the events surrounding our animal symbol.
Writing these events also gives us a point of reference when determining the characteristics of our animal symbol, and helps us interpret the messages our animal is conveying to us.

We all have an animal totem. Like angels, we were born with at least one. Even if you dislike a certain animal, it serves well to respect them. Like I may see a shark in my dreams and instead of being afraid, I know the very fact it was in my dream to begin with was for it to give me a message. Shark may be telling me to stay busy or that I am protected when I have recently been feeling vulnerable.
Messages from spirit guides may come in various ways-
Visual. When you physically see an animal in sight, and know there’s an intuitive feeling-like that specific animal is trying to tell you something.
Clairvoyance- In your mind’s eye. I.e. a Dragon/Unicorn or as part of a dream.
Auditory. Hearing the voice of an animal guide; Clairaudience.
Kinesthetic. When you feel/sense something-intuition. Clairsentience.
Cognitive. A ‘knowing’ feeling through thought processes. A message through a thought pattern- Claircognizance. This is when someone asks you about something, and you just somehow KNOW.
In earlier days we understood that we were simply a part of the earth. We knew we were only one small part. Now many think humans are the greatest and most important part. But still, we are only a part of the earth, only a part of nature, only a child of Mother, only a part of Spirit. We used to know respect of Nature and killed only what we ate and used only the skins of what we killed and ate.
We did not waste life nor disrespect spirits but honoured and thanked them for providing us with life, nourishment, and comfort. In earlier days we gave recognition to the power of the animal spirits by wearing skins, masks, mimicking, singing praise, chanting and prayers to specific animals. We painted the animals on our homes, caves, death chambers, and asked the Spirit to guide us to the animal that we consumed and bless the spirit of the animal we kill for we are a predator in the part of Nature and we honoured the spirit of our prey.
These acts allowed us to remain linked to the animal guides and to accept the power they offer us in lessons, in life, and in death. It reminded us that all animals, were our sisters, brothers, and cousins and most importantly our teachers and our friends. It reminded us that we too are animals with spirit.
Working with our animal symbol or animal totem will aid in our self-discovery, and also teaches us about life and the world around us. You can get animal jewellery, figurines, crystals etc to help guide you on your journey-but often you don’t need them as usually the totem that needs to show up does!
Animal spirits often reveal themselves to us through our subconscious during sleep and meditation. During these sessions, animals indicate valuable information about our past, present and future, as well as help us with situations we are dealing with in our lives. This can often happen if you think you see an animal, but then you realise it isn’t there-I.e.; I see spiders a lot. Sometimes I think I’ll see one then blink and it won’t be there.
Animals also show themselves in our dreams and meditations to simply identify themselves as our spiritual guide, and thus our animal totem. This requires us to pay attention, and learn more about what this animal represents so that we can work with our animal totems.
Remember-If you’ve ever had an animal cross your path or a bird “coo†at you, it’s for a reason!

The Nine Totems
"Each person has nine animal essences or totems that walk through life with them, teaching and guiding them and in some cases, protecting them. These nine totems usually remain the same throughout your lifetime; however, major life alterations can cause some or all of your totems to change. These totems are around your spirit: East, South, West, North, Above, Below and Within. The last two animals are walking beside you at all times; your Right Side (male) and your Left Side (feminine). While sometimes the living animal is around you, most often they are only the essence of the animal. At different times in your life, you may also have Special Helpers and/or Special Protectors. These stay with you for an limited period of time, depending on the challenges that you must face. They usually appear in person, in dreams or during meditation.
Different Types of Animal Souls
There are three different types of animals souls: the high protector animal souls, the familiars, and the lower animal souls.
There are only three high protectors: Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn/Pegasus. These souls only incarnate when there is a living animal like them; if not, they stay in spirit form and are connected only to older souls.
The familiars are hive souls -- one incarnate soul plus six spirit souls around that soul. They are usually the cat and dog genus (incl. tigers, wolves, etc.) and the seven souls are composed of both species. The souls take turns incarnating. So your familiar might be a cat in one life and a dog in the next incarnation, but it is not the same soul, just the same hive.
All other animals (including dogs and cats who are not familiars) are lower animal souls. They can move between species but stay on this planet, while high protectors and familiars stay with your soul in its various incarnations on different planets.
Whales and Dolphins are higher souls -- lesser than ours, but not true animal souls. They are sentient beings."

Ok in the past few days I have had several conversations about how do
you find your totem animal or animals .. and how do you know which
animal is yours.... soooooooooooooo I thought I might speak a few words
about this.
The first thing that I want to say is ... the below are my own thoughts
and ways ... I'm not saying this is the one and only way and I'm not
saying I'm right and everyone else is wrong... all I can do is give you
my perspective and speak from my own experiences... so please don;t take
it personally if my view differs from yours or from what you may have
been told by someone else..
ok whew .. now that the disclaimer is said and done.. we can get down to
business.
Note #1 - First of all there were comments by one of my friends that she
is connected to one particular animal more than any other and then she
said that <Insert name here> told her that her totem was something else
.. her next statement was that she has never connected with that animal.
Well, I'm not saying that whoever told her what her totem was - was
wrong .. that totem may be around her but not yet showing itself to her
- but also I want to say that ... YOU are the one connecting with YOUR
totem .. YOU are the one effected ... YOU are the one being guided -
Don;t worry so much about what others tell you - instead ... if you
feel strongly linked to one particular animal or 2 or 3 or whatever -
then that/those are YOUR totems.
Note #2 - You may have many totems throughout your lifetime.. some stay
with you for long periods of time and sometimes forever and some come
and go as they are needed. Sooooooo ... you meet someone and they tell
you <insert animal name here> is your totem ... or at least that's what
THEY see as YOUR totem ... and that may be true for that moment in
time... but as your life progresses and you change .. your situation
changes and all things around you change .. your totem may or may not
also change. So don't get yourself stuck on ... "so and so said this is
my totem so that's it .. forever" LOL
Note #3 - You will find your totem when you stop trying so hard to find
it ..
It is not something to be forced or made to be.. when you relax and let
things just be .. you will see...
You must allow your totem to come to you .. welcome it into your life
and soon you will discover it has been there all along.. you will see
the signs and have that DUH! Moment .. LOL...
When you push and push and try to force things to be ... the vision
becomes blurred and unclear. We all have our totems.. don't worry you
are not without one just because you are unsure of what it is. You just
have to relax and allow it to show itself to you.
Note #4 - Stan Hughes has a wonderful book called Medicine Seeker.. in
the back of his book he has a 100+ question survey to help you find out
what totems you may have. It's a very in depth survey that may bring
light to what you already know but may be suppressing.

The Inner Earth City of Machu Picchu

From the heart of the inner city of Light of Machu Picchu, from our abode of royal splendor, we send our great love and warmest acknowledgment to all of you who will be hearing or reading this transmission of Light. So many of you are indeed our former friends and family members from a distant past! On behalf of our ascended civilization here, we send our blessings to all of you, who are so diligently seeking the light of your divinity, and we bid you welcome in the midst of our energy.
My name is Cuzco, and I am here at this time with our beloved brother Adama of Telos, to speak to you of our city of Light. The Peruvian city that also carries the same name was named a long time ago in remembrance of my essence, for the assistance I have brought to surface dwellers in our area in past history. I am one of the ancients here, presiding on the Council of the Elders of our city.
I feels so good to my heart to be in the presence of Adama at this time. We already anticipate the joy we will experience, and as you read our published transmission, we will be whispering in your ears our song of love and friendship.
Three miles beneath the outer community of Machu Picchu in Peru, a Quechua word literally meaning "Old Mountain," also thrives another evolved civilization inhabiting a beautiful city of Light, also called Machu Picchu. Our city is similar to Telos in many ways, in the sense that our people also embody a fifth dimensional consciousness. We have been here for quite some time, almost as long as Telos has existed beneath Mount Shasta, just a couple thousand years later.
Nevertheless, the history of our city is different. At one time and for eons of time parallel to the time of Lemuria, we lived above the ground, forming small communities of Light and true brotherhood, where the surface community of Machu Picchu now exists. We did not always live underground. But eventually, after the great flood and the destruction of both continents, it came obvious to us that the peace and the beauty we so enjoyed could eventually become compromised.
As the negativity began rising on the surface again, and darker and more violent than before, it became imperative for us to also recreate our city within the Earth, like the Telosians did before us. We also desired to create a city of Light to prepare an abode of Light for those of the members of our Inca civilization who would eventually ascend to the higher dimension.
We set up our intentions to preserve our culture and all its treasures underground, knowing that eventually, it could be at risk from the negativity of mankind. Like the Lemurians did a few thousand years before us in building their city of Telos underground to preserve their culture and the most important treasures of Lemuria, we proceeded to do the same. Many of you still wonder where the Incas went when, at some point, whole communities disappeared from the surface of the planet almost "overnight". And I now tell you that they came to the inner city of Light of Machu Picchu.
For many, they did not have far to go. They came inside our mountain through a secret passage in the sacred valley, not so far from where they had been living.
Although the Earth's civilizations have come from a wide variety of galaxies, star and planetary systems, most of you in your long history of incarnations on this planet have chosen to experience a wide range of possibilities, and have taken embodiments more than once in all of the main civilizations that have graced the Earth through its long period of evolution.
This means that no matter where you come from originally, what planet or star system or universe, in your incarnation cycle, you have all at some point experienced life here as Lemurians, Atlanteans, Mayans, Incans, Egyptians, etc. What does it make you now? Know that in our realm, we no longer need those labels to identify ourselves. We thrive to live in the Oneness of the Creator. Everyone conceived ultimately comes from the heart of the Creator, and everyone has also left their imprints and aspects of themselves everywhere in all the universes, galaxies and planetary systems.
Aurelia - Who now inhabits your city?
Cusco - Our inner city was inhabited at the beginning primarily with our people, the ascended Incan civilization. Eventually, some Lemurians and Atlantean scientists joined us, and little by little, more Lemurians and Atlanteans increased our number. Our city is now inhabited mainly, but not exclusively, by beings of those three civilizations. Our number has expanded much since the beginning, as more brings have joined us. Aurelia, you have several friends and former family members living here. Your family is not just in Telos; you have family in several inner cities.
We all live together in Oneness, in the spirit of total harmony and true brotherhood. You know, once you ascend, you are not limited to live only in one place. There is much freedom to move around and experience living in many places. Some people come to live here for a while and move on, and others stay for a very long time.
The way we live can very much be compared to the way of Telos. Our creation process is by thought, just as it is in Telos. Though every city has its own particulars, all ascended cultures live on the same universal principles, and the way of life is not so different from one city to the other.
The size of our city has now reached a little over one million people. What makes it different than Telos is that the inner Machu Picchu community is composed of a mix of three cultures, while in Telos the Lemurian culture is the main civilization. Many of the citizens in Telos have been alive in the same body or incarnating in the Lemurian culture for so very long, that they can almost be considered the originators of the Lemurian race. Adama is such a being and so is Ahnahmar, among many others.
As you well know, a few hundred years ago, the Spanish conquerors came to South America and ruthlessly destroyed most of the beautiful and elegant cultures living there at the time. In their greed to acquire all the gold they could put their hands on, they respected nothing and no one. There was then a very peaceful and thriving Inca community of our people living on the surface at Machu Picchu. When the Spanish bloodshed and destruction began, we invited them to join our city, and they have not been seen since. They vacated the surface, taking their treasures with them, and moved inside. They are still here alive and well to this day.
In our city, we are beings at the level of the upper fourth and fifth dimension. As with Telos, we can say that there are many levels and dimensions of it. Some of it has physicality as you understand it, and other levels are purely etheric levels. We can grade Telos from holding the upper fourth dimension level consciousness, all the way up to the tenth and twelfth dimensions.
Aurelia - What do you do and what is your main purpose ?
Cusco - Actually, we are quite involved in the preservation of the "Rain Forests" which is so important for the life and welfare of the planet. Because of greed, the lack of respect and of honoring of the Earth from the surface populations, without our intervention, there would be none left at this time. We are trying to stop the destruction as much as we are allowed to. Although none of us from the higher dimensions is yet allowed to perform direct intervention in your dimension, we are doing the best we can.
We are promoters of peace and harmony. We also do planetary service in our work with Nature. We have become quite adept at understanding the creation of nature, and when the time is right, we will assist the planet in restoring her original beauty and perfection. Though we will not be the only ones doing this, we will join the greater team. When we emerge among you in a few years, it will be our great pleasure to teach you what we have learned.
In the meantime, we make a formal invitation to all of you to come to our classes at night if you want to develop what you term "a fifth dimensional green thumb." We can teach you as well many of the wondrous secrets of nature that have been lost to the surface knowledge. In due course of time, you will be delighted to apply, with ease and grace, all this new knowledge into your daily life to create around you the beauty and perfection of nature we have created here. In Telos, they have also acquired this knowledge, and this is why they have created so much beauty in their surroundings.
Another service we perform from our city is with color. Because there is so much pollution in your world and so little oxygen left in the atmosphere, without the daily replenishing of oxygen and purifying of the air by millions of angels and ascended beings, life on your dimension would no longer be possible in most places.
What we do as a collective, when you sleep at night, is send huge beams of a specific green light frequency in the atmosphere of the surface, purifying the air and replenishing and repairing the Earth's atmosphere. Without this, the death toll on this planet would rise over 1000 times more globally each day. There are also many teams of beings from other cities of Light doing a similar but slightly different work as we. A great many of us contribute to your well-being by assisting the smooth functioning of the Earth and keeping humanity alive until the day of the "great cleansing," which is soon approaching. Expect it to start manifesting now until the end of this decade, and some more beyond that.
Aurelia - Do you have tunnels ?
Cusco - Indeed, we have tunnels going in all directions, all over South America and beyond. We also have tunnels going directly to Telos. Actually, beings like Adama can travel between Telos and Machu Picchu in less than a couple minutes of your time. In fact, there is a whole network of underground tunnels going all over Terra.
We also have a very close connection from the inner city of Quetzalcoatl at the Equator. This is a city inhabited by those of the ancient Inca and Aztec cultures. They live pretty much the way we do and we have very heartwarming exchanges with them. Basically, we are of the same origins and culture, and in the past we have assisted each other greatly. There is a direct tunnel between the two cities.
Aurelia - Do you have a leader?
Cusco - We have leadership, yes, but not a real leader, as you understand it. We have learned to govern ourselves. We attained that level of spiritual maturity a long time ago. Of course, we have a high council like all cities do, and that is the governing board of our city. When people have reached a high enough level of evolution, the great governor of your soul and life is your Divine Presence.
Aurelia - What are your homes like?
Cusco - Most of us live in pyramidal-shaped homes made of crystal materials created with our minds. Many of our public buildings and teaching places are circular in shape and also made of crystal of various textures and colors. Our creativity is rather expanded and our city very beautiful.
In Telos, it is rather the opposite. They live in circular homes and most of their public buildings and gathering places are pyramidal, and always conceived from elegant imagining.

He isn't telling the entire story, I don't think. Even if what he said is true and he lost having her name, he didn't lose her heritage. He prob gave it away by not trying hard enough. Due to my ancestry, I could have a place among the Cherokee tribe, sweet potatoe clan, but I chose not to. It is my blood that makes me who I am and not what others before me have done to my family.
I noticed that my last post to this isn't posted. I assume it is because I told him to forgive and let his spirit grow from the process and let the spirit move on? Sorry I don't agree with you but it isn't making me change my mind.

future. In this permaculture design course, students will be immersed
in strategies to build community resilience and respond to

The Wild Thyme Farm, a premier permaculture demonstration site, offers

Wild Thyme Farm is a private eco-retreat near Olympia Washington wit

the main house, several guest cottages, three barns, meeting rooms,
sauna, large greenhouse, organic flower, herb and vegetable gardens
and several orchards. Wild Thyme Farm represents an evolving model of
permaculture, visionary forestry and biological diversity. It is known
as an educational center for permaculture and sustainable agroforestry

im new on this site and need some opinions, these are some conclusions ive come to, in all, it seems to me that regardless of which discipline is being practiced our desired results wont manifest until energy levels reach critical mass in other words what ever we do should be treated as a process not something instantaneous.
