Daily Insight - Oct. 11

Life Force - Find the joy of living in your own life and allow yourself
the full experience of living that joy. Allow yourself to feel that love
of living from the inside out... let go of all restraints and let
yourself be swept away by your the pure joy of life itself. Once you
understand this and can allow yourself to do so.... you'll have the
ability of move mountains and overcome obstacles. Nothing will stand in
your way.

Completion -All things in life have a beginning, a middle and an end. It
is often that we will begin and never fully reach the end of something,
therefore leaving unfinished business in our lives. For healing to take
place we must allow the ending to come into being. Also with ourselves
we must allow ourselves to become inwardly empty as a way to cleanse and
make room for new. The ending is inevitable... prolonging it only holds
us back from moving forward.

Doubt - Doubt clouds the mind and keeps us from seeing clearly what is
right in front of us. When doubt shows its face, learn how to step back
and look with different eyes at your situation and wait patiently for
the answer from your heart.

I'm a What?

A witch, you say?
Let me tell you why that's perfectly okay!

I'm filled with magic from head to toe
But things don't just happen when I twitch my nose.

What's that? A warty face and talking toad?
Come now, that misconception is pretty old.

Let me tell you all about the real me ...
Then maybe... just maybe you will see.

My book of shadows is merely the pages of my mind.
That magic candle burning bright, that's the light I carry inside.

My magic potion, simply put, is the love that I share.
My broomstick, how I fly - that's my dreams drifting through the air.

The cauldron that holds my brew
Well that's my soul, I thought you knew!

The brew that bubbles deep inside
You see that's my spirit, I cannot hide.

So call me a witch if that's what you want to do.
I'll send you some love, for that's the kind of magic that I do!

Hi, my name is Katelyn. I am a new member to the site and wanted to introduce
myself, I live in Hendersonville, NC. I have been interested in Wicca since I
was a child, but I would assume most of you have experienced, the average
upbringing does not encourage such ideas. I have read in secret any information
I could lay my young hands on. Only in the last few months have I embraced my
feelings in multiple areas of my life and in doing this a GIGANTIC weight has
been lifted from my shoulders, and I feel like the fog has been lifted from my
eyes, am able to see the world in new eyes. I am a nurse and by nature feel
drawn to the oath "Harm None". I am still very much a beginner to this path, I
have read several books but the quest for knowledge is endless. I want to speak
with real people on the subject of Wicca, as of current I have no friends or
contacts in the real world to help me with my studies. I would much appreciate
any assistance I can receive from the group.
