This 3-week course is for those who have some experience with Tarot. We'll work on colors, symbolism, backgrounds, scenery, directions, animals, etc.

This is a three-week course for those who have some experience with Tarot cards. Please bring a Rider-Waite deck to class.
Learn how to properly prepare your cards for accurate readings. You will learn how to quickly and accurately master the meanings of the cards as well as read for your family, friends, or yourself. Â
We will start with color interpretations, symbolism in the cards, backgrounds, scenery, directions, skies, clouds, and animals, etc. When you finish this course, you will be able to interpret each card with little effort. Then, we will learn many yes/no spreads that you can do for anyone, and lastly, we will learn the year-ahead spread and will practice readings at the workshop.
This is an abbreviated course, but the basics will be taught in a fun, concise manner, and you will learn how to conduct complete readings in a comfortable and pressure-free environment. Paper and pen are recommended for notes. Handouts will be distributed in class.
Week 1 (October 13):Â General discussion on interpreting the cards.
Week 2 (October 20):Â Yes/no spreads and the simple Celtic cross will be done in class and practiced with other class participants.
Week 3 (October 27): We will work on the year-ahead spread and practice with pointers for more accurate readings. This will allow you to get comfortable with reading for someone else.
This workshop is offered over three Thursday evenings (as noted above) from 7-9pm. Tuition is $80 for all three classes and must be taken together. Tarot decks and accessories may be purchased at SoulJourney.  When signing up, please let us know if you already have a Rider-Waite deck to bring. Rev. A friend of mine was having trouble sleeping. he had been going to the doctors to see if there was anything wrong. The doctor said it was just the weather that was the blame. I put together a special Tea for him to drink right before he went to bed. The next morning he called me to tell me dank the tea as I had told him. He had the greatest sleep he has in a long time. He had even dreamed about his Mom. that he had not thought about in years because she had passed away. He felt so good he thought he would go to see her grave. He also told me that the last time he had talked to her they had argued. That was three day before she had died. When he got back he told me he felt peaceful. He has not had any trouble sleeping since. I think his mom was trying to contact him and he was fighting it. My Tea seemed to remove the block. He is happy.

Good to know!
A Mirror or a 2-Way Glass?
How can you tell when you are in a room, restroom, motel etc. with
a mirror or a 2-way glass?
Here's how: I thought it was quite interesting! And I know
in about 30 seconds you're going to do what I did and find
the nearest mirror.
Do you know how to determine if a mirror is 2-way or not?
A policewoman who travels all over the US and gives seminars
and techniques for businesswomen passed this on.
When we visit toilets, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms,
etc., how many of you know for sure that the seemingly ordinary
mirror hanging on the wall is a real mirror, or actually a 2-way
mirror (i.e., they can see you, but you can't see them)?
There have been many cases of people installing 2-way mirrors
in female changing rooms . It is very difficult to positively identify
the surface by looking at it.
So, how do we determine with any amount of certainty what type
of mirror we are looking at?
TWO-WAY GLASS IMAGE MIRROR IMAGE
This is a two-way mirror. . . .look out!

Just conduct this simple test: Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective
surface and if there is a GAP between your fingernail and the image of the nail,
then it is GENUINE mirror.
However, if your fingernail DIRECTLY TOUCHES the image of your nail, then
BEWARE! IT IS A 2-WAY MIRROR!
"No Space, Leave the Place" So remember, every time you see a mirror, do the
"fingernail test." It doesn't cost you anything.
REMEMBER: No Space, Leave the Place!
Ladies: Share this with your girlfriends, sisters, daughters, etc.
Men: Share this with your wives, daughters, daughters-in-law, mothers,
girlfriends and/or friends.

Blend together
5 drops of Lavender
5 drops of Tea Tree
5 drops of Eucalyptus
Store
in an amber or cobalt bottle. When ready to use blend 5 drops in a

A Past Life Dream Spell

October, the door to the other-world opens. Our dreams serve now as
doors to other realms. You can use your dreams to recall former lives,
and then use this information to help you deal with problems in your
current life. Perform this spell at bedtime when you aren’t overly
tired. To start, you’ll need a smooth and polished amethyst stone.
Sitting on a bed, hold the amethyst and say:

The great mystical
poets of India were passionate in their expressions of love for Kali,
the great mother of death who dances in the cemeteries wearing her
garlands of skulls. In this season of harvest and death, Kali is an
especially appropriate object foe meditation. What, Ramprasad asks us,
differentiates the goddess of death from a mother? Nothing, he answers.
Nothing? How can death
be our mother? This is the great mystery of Kali's worship, a mystery
that cannot be explained, only experienced. To truly accept the
mortality of our bodies, Ramprasad tells us, is not to become depressed
and demoralized. Rather, we become completely alive in the awareness of
our eventual death. As the leaves and another year's cycle turns around, Kali is an appropriate goddess to invoke.
