Well my birthdate is 7-15-67, my mom is not sure of the exact time of birth, but
she seems to think it was late morning or early afternoon.
I know my zodiac is Cancer.

You need to have a chart done to determine what sign the Moon was in at your time of birth.

I was talking to a friend of mine about it and started to get worried because my baby will be coming in JUNE and I couldnt handle what my mom went thru. I think that is a big part of the reason why I waited so long to have a kid. I make sure I do protect for the baby. Should I do one now or should I do one on myself since Im still carrying?

My family has had many significant trauma's that happened all in a row...and being a magickal family we could have easily assumed it was some kind of curse. But sometimes things just happen. I agree with Lady N, if you think this is possible then take what ever steps are necessary to protect your family. It seemed that our family too lost a child in every generation...but that stopped a few generations ago. It just seems coincidental at the time when its going on.

Dear Angelsvoice, I understand that you may have many, many thoughts running through your head right now. A new baby, a new phase of your life and so many unknowns...but, I will tell you this - all those posts you read here and the positive thinking stuff advertised around the web all have truth in them. Continually thinking the worst, dwelling in the past on tragedies and keeping your thoughts on that type of thing brings it to you. Try to do the protection spells to be safe but then release all that other stuff to your namesake (The Angels) and let them worry about it. Visualize your baby as healthy, see the life you wish to have and start living that way.
Being happy and confident does not mean that you've never experienced tragedy but, continually expecting it or worrying about makes it almost a certain outcome.
This is a grand time of your life, I hope that you are able to walk in joy and teach that to your child.

For the most part im pretty much care free. Just yesterday that popped in my head. Thank you for the reality check. I know positive thinking works, In fact I tell my mom that all the time.. She is soo negative.. I will do a protection spell. I will also release my negativity to the angels. Im trying to enjoy being pregnant, but im always tired and nauseas. =) Thought at 4 months it would be gone..

Another perspective to all this is lessons. Each experience we have in life is in some form a lesson for personal and spiritual growth. The lessons at times can be disheartening to say the least, but my suggestion is to try looking at these events from a detached attitude and see if there is something you can learn from it.
Another thing you may want to consider is that each thought that is projected into the universe, it responds in kind, which means that negative begets negative, or like attracts like.
Monitoring our thoughts on a daily basis is a difficult thing to do, but in these rapidly changing times, it is also imparitive.

Wow! I'm a Leo and this helps explain Leo better than what I've read/been told before. Also right on target about the mother part--I've always been an fierce, protective mother--woe on those who try to hurt my children!! Most of what I've ever been told about Leo was that it was a narcissistic, demanding zodiac sign--this is a lot better ! :)
Oh, and I have the Lion's mane as well--blonde (darker blonde than it used to be, but still definitely blonde), lots of hair, very thick (not as thick as it was once either, but we won't go there! LOL)

My daughter Miranda is a Leo as well. She can be a little kitten at times, but when she speaks her mind, those claws definitely come out, LOL! And Leo is a fixed sign, meaning Leos don't adapt to change very well.

The planet Mercury, which rules communications, went "retrograde" on Dec. 10, and stationed to "direct" today. Look through our archives, putting in Mercury Retrograde" as the subject. You will find several articles on Mercury RX. The Moon moved from Libra to Scorpio today, and will be here for a couple of days. Moon in Scorpio means it's a good time to uncover mysteries, but watch out for moodiness.

ceremony circlets/headdresses

In February my husband and I will be renewing our vows in combination with our
Imbolc ceremony. I would like to get a circlet to wear, it doesn't have to be
pagan oriented. Does anyone know of a reliable site I can visit? I hate buying
something from a place I never heard of even if they do show awesome stuff :)

The gathering will feature workshops, main ritual, drum
circles, live entertainment, sweat lodge, bardic circle, healing circle, vendors, and fun
for the whole family. Come spend the day or camp for the whole weekend.
The admission donation for this event is only $20 per person in advance for the full event. This includes all workshops, activities and camping for the entire weekend. The gates open at 3pm on Friday and the event will continue through 5pm on Sunday. The full event admission will be $25 at gate.

Thanks, moodiness is right maybe that explains why my youngest daughter is
not speaking to me for the first time ever. Just because I wouldn't spend 4

year that you never keep? Why not promise to do something
you can actually accomplish? Here are some resolutions
that you can use as a starting point:
Gain weight. At least 30 pounds.
Stop exercising. Waste of time.
Read less. Makes you think.
Watch more TV. I've been missing some good stuff.
Procrastinate more. Starting tomorrow.
Spend more time at work.
Stop bringing lunch from home: I should eat out more.
Get in a whole NEW rut!
Personal goal: bring back disco.
Buy an '83 Eldorado and invest in a really loud stereo
system.
Speak in a monotone voice and only use monosyllabic words.
Only wear jeans that are 2 sizes too small and use a
chain or rope for a belt.
Get further in debt.
Break at least one traffic law.
Associate with even worse business clients.
Spread out priorities beyond my ability to keep track
of them.
Wait around for opportunity.
Focus on the faults of others.
Mope about my faults.
Never make New Year's resolutions again.

Final Wishes
Three buddies die in a car crash, they go to heaven to an orientation.
They are all asked, "When you're in your casket and friends and family are mourning upon you, what would you like to hear them say about you?"
The first guy says, "I'd like to hear them say that I was a great doctor of my time, and a great family man."
The second guy says, "I'd like to hear that I was a wonderful husband and school teacher who made a huge difference in our children of tomorrow."
The last guy replies, "I'd like to hear them say......LOOK, HE'S MOVING!!!!"
