Greetings All
I hope you are surviving the festive season.
Just thought I would make mention that the Temple of the Dark Moon will be holding an open Full Moon Gathering on Wednesday, 19 January 2011 at Grange Beach (Tennyson), Adelaide. We will meet at the entrance of the jetty just prior to 8.00pm (from about 7.30pm onwards), when we will move down until the sands.
Being the first Full Moon for 2011, a blessing of the oceans and all waterways will be undertaken with the rite being dedicated to Yemaya, or Ymoja as she was known to the Yoruban people of West Africa.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a small offering (such as a shell, flower or a small stone/pebble) that will be thrown into the waters for Yemaya.

Shamans around the world come together in groups to perform healings, to journey and to create a community that is filled with support for all within it. We have set up this group to explore Shamanic ritual, drumming, dancing your power animal, power retrivals, energy and the light body and much, much more.
No shamanic experience is required, in fact no healing experience of any kind is necessary to reap the benefits of being part of a community event like this.
This circle meets every 1st Monday of the month from 7pm and all are welcome. The cost is $15 and refreshments are included :)
