Greetings Friends and Family,
It's been such a busy two weeks with getting ready for the progressive
rally in Los Angeles, posting important articles like the The Primitive

so we understand the last gasps of patriarchy and the politics of it
all, I didn't get a chance to send notices out to everyone of the last
few shows. So, just in case you missed a notice as some of you emailed

Christian privilege that seems so pervasive. Listen as he talks about
the dilemmas of manhood and fatherhood and how we can overcome these
obstacles of class, gender and privilege.
_*February 21*_ - *Carol Niethhammer, author of Daughters of the Earth:
The Lives and Legends of American Indian Women. * Hear how these women
actually had more rights and power than white women of their time. They
were guardians of the hearth and sometimes rulers and warriors, leading
men into battle, managing the affairs of their people, sporting war
paint as well as necklaces and earrings - with the right to divorce and
enjoy her sexuality. Tune in to hear about these least known American
Indian women.
*Alysia Tromblay*, founder of the Bon Future Fund who will tell us about
the *Bon* *people of Nepal* and their relationship with the *Great
Mother* they call Sherab Jamma - who is the center of their universe.
