MELBOURNE RECLAIMING PUBLIC LAMMAS
RITUAL
Friday 18th February 2011

Where: Darebin Parklands, Alphington.
(Melways Map 31, C9) - Travel all the way to the eastern end of
Separation Street, then pull into carpark on left. (We will meet
near picnic area adjacent to carpark)

When: Meet at 7pm, for a 7:30pm ritual
start

Join the Melbourne Reclaiming community
for our annual Lammas gathering. This year we will be celebrating
grasses and their grains, and the abundance that they bring. We will
be honoring the fruits of our harvest, and giving thanks to the Great
Harvest Goddess for Her teachings. And we will be strengthening our
commitments for this Solar year, as we journey into the year's waning
half.

THIS IS A FREE EVENT, OPEN TO ALL
PAGANS.

Please Bring:
- Flowers, fruit, dried grains/grass,
etc, to decorate our harvest altar
- Herbs to represent your
wishes/commitments for the rest of the year (these will be woven into
a charm, as part of the ritual)
- A plate of food and some drink to
share (non-alcoholic please)
- Picnic rug, and picnic plates, cups,
utensils, etc
- Drums and/or other percussion
instruments

- Warm clothes and boots (especially if
weather is forecast to be cool in evening)
