And I have just the declarative statement that will help you break those chains forever as I share one of my favorite affirmations to accompany these lyrics sung by one of my favorite singers, Florence Scovel Shinn: 'Divine love now dissolves and dissipates every wrong condition in my mind, body and affairs.' One thing that has been taught through the ages is that Divine Love is the most powerful chemical in the universe, capable of dissolving everything which is not of itself, including worry, concern, stress and fear. Headache Balm

A Headache Balm
1/2 ounce Beeswax
1/4 cup Almond oil
10 drops Lavender oil
5 drops Peppermint oil
Heat beeswax and Almond oil in double boiler until completely melted.
Remove from heat. Cool and add essential oils. Mix well and put into
jars.
To relieve headache pain massage the "Headache Balm" gently onto the
forehead working your way towards the temples.

Help

I need some help. I would like to create a poppet doll or something that can be sent through the mail. My intent is to 1) remind them who I am and what I do and 2) to help Karma come a little sooner than expected, or something along those lines.
These people have hurt myself and my family and I want to do something. I do not want to hurt them, but I really would like them to realize what they have done and have it done to them.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I want to clarify my statements first: I am an advocate of pre-emptive
magic. I do not hold a strict interpretation of the Rede (ie: if you hurt
me and mine, all bets are OFF). However, I see several problems with this
idea. The receipt of something frightening from someone potentially unknown
is now considered an act of terrorism. Believe me, if the authorities get
involved and they want to find you, they will do so. I have, in fact, seen
several cases where this has happened recently and real early on I ended up
in such trouble myself.
In my case, I had been mixing plant powders and had sent some to my mother
for her personal use. The neighbors only saw the jars of powder and me
putting the packets in the mail.
I spent the next day talking...and talking...and talking...to the JSO, to
state officials, and to federal officials. It wasn't exactly pleasant and
I'm still cognizant of the fact that the situation could have ended very
differently with me sitting in a cell somewhere and not even able to write a
warning such as this.
Instead, I would simply make the poppet or whatever token you wish and
incorporate a directional sort of magic which will cause the energies and
reminders to be sent to the person in question. Karma will get the message
and will carry it.

How to Make Your Own Reed Diffusers.
Choose glass bottles and vases that have a small opening at the neck and
that compliment the room you are placing it in. You can use a clear glass
container or one that’s decorated, the choice is yours. The reeds you use
should be at least double the height of the glass container.
You can purchase a package of reeds that are marketed for reed diffusers
(they’re fairly cheap) or try thin bamboo skewers, they work just fine too.
Pour a liberal amount of scented reed diffuser oil in the glass container
then stick the reeds or bamboo skewers inside. After about an hour, turn the
reeds over so the other end can wick up the oil, this will help speed things
up.
Position the reed diffuser in a location that is not near electrical
appliances (in case of spills) and won’t be in danger of being accidentally
knocked over.
After first filling the reed diffuser with fragrant oil, give the reeds a
chance to soak up the oil, soon you’ll be able to enjoy their light
fragrance.
That’s all it takes to make your own!

Wrap the photo and hair in the hankie and tie it securely. Place it near your pet’s favorite inside place.

Any given program, when running, is obsolete.
Any given program costs more and takes longer each time it is run.
If a program is useful, it will have to be changed.
If a program is useless, it will have to be documented.
Any given program will expand to fill all the available memory.
The value of a program is inversely proportional to the weight of its output.
Program complexity grows until it exceeds the capability of the programmer who must maintain it.
Every non trivial program has at least one bug.
Corollary 1 - A sufficient condition for program triviality is that it have no bugs.
Corollary 2 - At least one bug will be observed after the author leaves the organization.
Bugs will appear in one part of a working program when another 'unrelated' part is modified.
The subtlest bugs cause the greatest damage and problems.
Corollary - A subtle bug will modify storage thereby masquerading as some other problem.
Lulled into Security Law
A 'debugged' program that crashes will wipe out source files on storage devices when there is the least available backup.
A hardware failure will cause system software to crash, and the customer engineer will blame the programmer.
A system software crash will cause hardware to act strangely and the programmers will blame the customer engineer.
Undetectable errors are infinite in variety, in contrast to detectable errors, which by definition are limited.
Adding manpower to a late software project makes it later.
Make it possible for programmers to write programs in English, and you will find that programmers can not write in English.
The documented interfaces between standard software modules will have undocumented quirks.
The probability of a hardware failure disappearing is inversely proportional to the distance between the computer and the customer engineer.
A working program is one that has only unobserved bugs.
No matter how many resources you have, it is never enough.
Any cool program always requires more memory than you have.
When you finally buy enough memory, you will not have enough disk space.
Disks are always full. It is futile to try to get more disk space. Data expands to fill any void.
If a program actually fits in memory and has enough disk space, it is guaranteed to crash.
If such a program has not crashed yet, it is waiting for a critical moment before it crashes.
No matter how good of a deal you get on computer components, the price will always drop immediately after the purchase.
All components become obsolete.
The speed with which components become obsolete is directly proportional to the price of the component.
Software bugs are impossible to detect by anybody except the end user.
The maintenance engineer will never have seen a model quite like yours before.
It is axiomatic that any spares required will have just been discontinued and will be no longer in stock.
Any VDU, from the cheapest to the most expensive, will protect a twenty cent fuse by blowing first.
Any manufacturer making his warranties dependent upon the device being earthed will only supply power cabling with two wires.
If a circuit requires n components, then there will be only n - 1 components in locally-held stocks.
A failure in a device will never appear until it has passed final inspection.

A program generator creates programs that are more buggy than the program generator.

Greetings to our friends from Emerald Rose!
We hope you are enjoying the winter, and we have a couple of upcoming events to tell you about! The latest news: Larry got some new whistles! The band is practicing a whole new set of trad Celtic songs for St. Patrick's season, and we have barely seen each other all winter, due to snow and the ever creeping crud that our children bring us home from school.... still, we found time last Sunday to get together and throw down some Magic: The Gathering cards for several hours, symbolically renewing the bond of geek friendship that has kept us together all these many years.... we think its sixteen official years by last count... but we have know each other for much longer than that!
First in the upcoming events, Brian "Logan" Sullivan is turning 50 ancient
years old on Feb 12 of this year. That's next Saturday in real life, and there
is going to be a big party! We are taking over Shenanigans Irish Pub in
Dahlonega, from 7 - 10 pm, or whenever they kick us out. Logan, Larry and
Clyde, and maybe Arthur will be there playing some of Logan's favorite songs and hoisting a brew or two to celebrate. Arthur has been filming as an extra in an independent steampunk movie in Alabama, and he may not be able to make it back in time to join us. We will miss his energy, but the party must go on! And maybe he'll make it anyway... we shall see, but we really support him doing this movie! Look for us to play stuff you may have never heard us perform, or may have only heard a couple of times, along with some of the normal pub tunes we do.... Clare to Here, Danny in the Jar, old Silly Wizard songs - not even sure myself! There's no cover, and the food is great! Come on out and raise a pint with us! It will be a very relaxed atmosphere - just a chance to spend time with friends and play some music. I hope you can join us!
St. Patrick's Day will be upon us very soon! We are playing at least two
gigs that we already know about! We will be at the Holly Theater on March 17th, St. Patrick's itself, in our hometown of Dahlonega. On March 19th, we will play at the Irish Bred Pub in Gainesville GA, from 7:30 until 10: 30 pm. Phenomenal food, traditional Irish and American, huge portions and high quality! Look for details in the coming weeks on our gigs page at www.emeraldrose.com!

Brighid's Fire festival in Florida

Please join us for the 8th annual Brighid's Fire festival on February 11-13 at All World Acres in the Tampa Bay area.
The gathering will feature workshops, main ritual, drum
circles, live entertainment, sweat lodge, bardic circle, healing circle, vendors, and fun
for the whole family. Come spend the day or camp for the whole weekend.
The admission donation for this event is only $20 per person in advance for the full event. This includes all workshops, activities and camping for the entire weekend. The gates open at 3pm on Friday and the event will continue through 5pm on Sunday. The full event admission will be $25 at gate.
Youths 16 and under are free. There will be a separate schedule of activities for the youths.
