We live in the age of ‘busy’. Busy people not only do a lot, they think a lot. Being lost in thought, is not only tiring and a brilliant way of waste energy, it’s as if we have forgotten the very ground of our being which is still and silent. Learn to meditate and turn the eye of your attention and awareness within, let your mind be quiet and allow your being to be still. You will realize outer space is but a reflection of inner space. Both are vast and infinitely spacious.
The reason you want every single thing that you want, is because you think you will feel really good when you get there. But, if you don't feel really good on your way to there, you can't get there. You have to be satisfied with what-is while you're reaching for more.

No Limits on Goodness

As you know, things are not always what they seem at first. Your best friend last year may not seem like such a great person this year, and that teacher who seemed so mean in the beginning turned out to be your favorite.
One illusion in life that gets us into lots of trouble is the feeling that there isn’t enough good stuff to go around, like your favorite dessert being sliced before your eyes and everyone reaching in for a big, thick piece. When will I get my piece? We start strategizing ways to make sure we get our share, and stop others from getting theirs.
Imagine the relief you’d feel if out walked the pastry chef carrying two more trays of dessertâ€"fresh out of the ovenâ€"and announced that there were several more baking. You’d realize then that there was more than enough for everybody, despite appearances to the contrary. There is no need to expend all our energy on stressing over our sliceâ€"the size of it, the quality, the order in which we receive it. We can relax and enjoy life because the good things have no limits.
