Indeed Scott indeed!
We are the "Apart": Always have been and always will be. The struggle is to wade through the environment we find ourselves in without allowing it to influence us.
Each and every dealing with outsiders brings home the truth of the ancient wisdom.... "Those not of our own kin are most likely to be an enemy".
So why, oh why, do we want their approval or acceptance? It's like I often say when someone tells me they don't like me.." Well if someone like you did (like me) I'd be most upset".
