Some questions i'd ask are:
a) What kind of witch are you?
b) Are you male or female?
c) When you were in the dream, was it disturbing or exciting to you?

There are many different kinds of witchcraft that do NOT consider sex evil, bad, dangerous, or something to always be avoided. Many divinities do have a strong sexual aspect, since many Deities are closely related to the princples of fertility, abundance, etc.
Now, that doesn't necessarily mean it's OK, just that it's not always wrong or bad or be be avoided.
