Hi there,

Besides all the questions already asked (Medication, Foods etc). and assuming she hasn't been playing around with things she's not experienced with to draw this to her. The simplest, most practical advice i have seen is from one of Scott Cunningams books, which is more for psychic attack, but can apply here is to have a hamburger. Sounds stupid, but the meat in it can ground an individual very quickly and if they have been a little more astral then normal (to experience these things) this will ground you and can block those little nasties out.

That failing, i'd do a simple banishing ritual if you know it, then perhaps a protective / shielding ritual in the bedroom. If you don't know what to do feel free to e-mail me.

Lastly, if those aren't your cup of tea, an easily accessible thing would be to go get some white sage and smudge the room (making sure your intent is clear about cleansing / getting rid of anything negative in the space). Sometimes a little incense and the right intent can do wonders.

Also, try and include the person experiencing this in the banishing / smudging whatever you do to empower them to do the work and move whatever is bothering them. If you do it on your own, chances are the individual can draw whatever it is back to them and including them puts their mindset in the right space that it is gone.
