Cost for weekend includes lodging, meals, beverages, and most workshops. All sleeping suites have 8-10 beds with double sinks and shower. There are 1400 acres to hike and enjoy with large lake. Massage is offered all weekend by a certified massage therapist. There is a Meditation Loft, Library, Cafeteria, and Bon Fire area. Vegetarian/Vegan meals are provided.

Workshops

Crystals by Kerri Tollinger 1 hour $15

In this workshop you will be identifying crystals, discussing their properties, and what makes each one different, and you will also be making a bag to hold the crystals. All supplies will be provided.

Pendulum by Linda Farmer 2 hours $20]

First part of the workshop is about the pendulum and how and why to use one. Then how to take care and connect with your pendulum. Then you do exercises with the pendulum, mostly just to get use to it swinging and the feel of it and how to hold it correctly, different ways to hold it and then finding your yes and no.

Then she will tell you how to connect with your Guides and Angels using it. Then you will learn how to use Oracle cards and pick the right one with pendulum. She will teach you everything you need to know to connect with your pendulum. This is a beginner class.

Angel Divination by Linda Farmer 2 hours included in weekend fee

This class will teach you about all kinds of Angels and how to connect with them. She will also teach how to read your own angels cards and
How to feel their energy.

Past Life Regression by Sylvia Adler Included included weekend fee
"Healing the past, so you can handle the future"

During the workshop, the class will experience a journey back in time, through a guided hypnosis session. The will allow participants to get a glimpse of their personal past, an offer insight into their history, and how it relates to the current lifetime. A fun and enlightening group discussion will follow. A memorable time will be had by all!
Private sessions are available Saturday and Sunday which is more in depth and includes a CD recording.

Hula hoops by Amie Martell included in weekend fee'

First hour: stretching, fundamentals (how to hold a hoop, core hooping, keeping the hoop up, saving), hooping around the hands, arms and chest, transitions.
Second hour: off body hooping, simple tricks, jumps, dancing with the hoop, hooping for fitness, hooping around legs, and a deeper focus on individuals.

Make and Take Hulas by Amie Martell $10
Pipe will be pre-cut in different lengths to accommodate all sizes. We will use fittings and hot water to connect the hoops. Then, we'll tape them. I'll show a few of the simpler variations of taping and we'll use vinyl tapes for these hoops. Beads will be provided as noise makers, if people wish to put them in their hoops.

A journey to discover sacred spirit totems

Behind every tattoo or body marking is a vast tribal history either within the context of an individual's birth family, consciously chosen community or personal spiritual journey. In this two-hour workshop, the first hour will delve into the history of Mehndi (henna), its physical origins, and multiple uses throughout history in both practical and sacred contexts. Participants will be e...n...couraged to share their past self body adorning memories of markers, pen or even permanent "ink" as we collectively explore the poignancy of adorning our bodies. We will discuss the Western contemporary fascination with permanent tattoos and temporary henna in the past decades.
Following this discussion there will be a guided meditation so that each of us may uncover any sacred spirit totem that speaks to us. It will be a meditation that merges our sacred vessel body; that which is the Adorned, with the sacred etheric body where we connect to the worlds of spirit. Each participant will get to know their own totem and why it appeared to them.
Finally, with assistance and instructions for henna, we will then adorn one another with the image of ones totem.
Each participant will bring paper and pen and are encouraged to wear clothes that will enable henna to be applied anywhere on the body.
Henna Body Adorning kits will be provided
She uses ONLY the highest quality natural henna. Please take note that if some of you have sensitive skin this workshop may not be for you.

Learn to read the tarot cards in this fun, hands-on, four-week class. Barbara will teach you how to understand the symbols and meanings of each card. Basic tarot spreads will be introduced. In order to practice the techniques learned in this class, free Tarot Readings will be offered by the Tarot Class on the final day of class, Saturday, December 11th from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Students will need a Rider-Waite Tarot Deck or a Radiant Rider-Waite Tarot Deck for this course. Even under ordinary circumstances, chocolate cakes are pretty magical. Baked with love, this food nurtures and protects on many levels. How-ever, to add extra energy to this celestial food, make sure one of its
ingredients is cinnamon. Take a cinnamon stick and grind it down
yourself, preferably in a mortar, sending the energy of love and
protection into the powder. As you sprinkle it into the mixture, say:
"Hathor bless this cake with the power to protect. May your divine milk
nurture all who taste it, and the spice of thy magic bless my homestead.

Soap of the Magi

It's not too early to begin those Holiday gifts!
5 Ounces Glycerine Soap
1/8 teaspoon Myrrh Oil
1/8 teaspoon Frankincense Oil
Bronze and Gold Mica Dust
Ultra fine gold fabric glitter
Oval soap mold

Melt 1/2 of the soap.
Stir in the Frankincense oil and Gold mica dust.Pour into 2 molds filling only half way.
Melt the other 1/2 of the soap.Stir in Myrrh oil and Bronze mica dust.
Spoon over 1st layer of soap. Set, unmold.Give the bars a light dusting of the gold glitter
and you have a soap of gold, frankincense and Myrrh the gifts of the Magi. If you've frozen the soap
allow it to thaw and dry before adding the glitter or wrapping.

This was the period when the great Mysteries of Isis were celebrated. For three days, special rituals were held that
enacted the story of the loss and restoration of Osiris, the brother and lover of Isis. Today, she sought for the body
of her beloved; tomorrow, she grieved for his loss; and on the third day, she found his body and restored him to life.

The cycle of loss and return is the cycle of the seasons; each year we lose the beautiful fruitfulness of summer and
enter into winter, but each year the earth is finally renewed and new life emerges. In our own lives, too, we see this cycle.
Resisting loss is futile, because there is loss in every life. We must grieve, too, rather than deny the depth of our feelings
when we have experienced loss, whether that be of a dream or a person, an object or an relationship. Finally, we will find
some renewal occurring. It often seems unlikely, when in the grip of loss, that life will ever restore its balance again; we
feel as though we ill perpetually be in pain. Yet the year always brings forth its promise: whatever happens, life will bring

Today's Goddess:Yellow Woman
Tesuque Feast (Southeastern US)

Symbols: Yellow Items, Green Items, Embroidered Items

About Yellow Woman: This Pueblo Goddess of magic, agriculture and the hunt is also the heroine of many local
stories having taught humans important sacred ceremonies. Today she helps us remember these rituals and reintegrate
them into our live.

Art depicts Yellow Woman wearing an embroidered blanket dress, a green mask (revealing her connection to nature)
and a white mantle. Sometimes she appears as a corn Goddess and other times as a witch, bear or ogress.

To Do Today: This is the time of the Buffalo Dance, which honors nature and mimes, an ancient hunting ritual thought
to ensure a successful hunt. This dance is a type of sympathetic magic that also appeases the souls of the animals
about to be captured. For our purposes, this equates to a kind of ritual mime in which we enact our hopes as realized,
asking Yellow Woman to guide our movements so they will manifest in magic. For example, to improve self love give
yourself a hug so you receive that energy. For relationships, open your arms wide so they await the right person
(figuratively receiving a "good catch", which is in Yellow Woman's dominion too!)

To improve your awareness of the significance of ritual, eat corn today and wear yellow, white and/or green clothing.
