Beleive me, i understand -- It's hard to say how deeply they get attached, and WE get attached to THEM, isn't it --

I dunno whether i made this clear enough, so i want to stress it now:

It was hearing my VOICE that i really beleive made all the difference. When i stopped to talk to my neighbor, Sweetie must have heard my voice because that's when i started hearing his cry -- getting louder and more insistent with each "Meow" *smile* --

So be sure you really call when you go out hunting, and give her time to wake up, listen, hear you and respond -

Again, good luck -

I made up little postcard-sized flyers with her picture, my address & phone
number. I'm leaving in a little bit to stick them in mailboxes up and down
my street, and the next two streets in each direction.

I have a little "pst pst" call I always use on her (I have something
different for each of them), I've been using that whenever I've been outside
and will definitely be doing it as I'm walking around distributing flyers.

They certainly do grab us. It never ceases to amaze me how much love they
create.

What are Tarot Cards,

In Yahoo Anwsers someone asked this Question:
What are tarot cards?
<http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101027044547AAnF3Yo>
What are these and
what is the origin of these cards
I must admit I was rather pleased with my reply, and I thought I would
share that here.

BB re: Tarot Cards appear to have originated in the middle east and been
imported to Italy in the 1400's were they used to play a game called
Tarocchi, as one poster noted they had 4 Suits of 15 cards, much like
our 52 card deck of 4 suits of 14 cards which combines the Kt and Page
of the Tarocchi as the Jack today.. and a 15th Suit of Trumps or
Triumphs we will speak to a little later.

Most Tarot Decks follow one of three Primary Models.

The Rider Waite Deck, the Thoth Deck, or the Tarot of Marseilles Decks
that follow the Tarot of Marseilles tend to be pips decks, and the Art
on the Minors is decorative not figurative. Thoth Decks tend to a more
surrealist style of Art, and use Key word asscociations Like 7 of Swords
Futility. The Original Thoth has a Darker Artistic feel than the Waite.

Far and Away though most Decks Produced today are Waite Child Decks, the
Minors are figurative and depict variations on themes set by the
origianal Rider Waite Model. So the 6 of Swords would reflect Crossings
or the Two of Cups a Couple Newly come together, and so on; with-in the
context of that structure the amount and varity of Tarot Art today is
simply amazing, and you should visit Taroteca
<http://taroteca.multiply.com/photos/albu…> To begin exploring this
aspect of the Tarot. The art of Many Decks in Quite Beautifal. The
Connolly Tarot is a beautifal deck that will appeal to Christ-Witches,
the Robin Wood is a very Beautifal Wiccan Deck, and the Gilded Tarot is
just Gorgeious.

The Trumps as noted by another poster contain 21named cards like The
Magus, the Hermit, and Death, in the end they describe a Spiritual
Journey from Ignorance, the Fool to Enlightenment The World - Search the
Fools Journey, you'll get lots of hits.

Today's Tarot Cards are more of a Spiritual Tool, than a device for
gaming, they can be used for Divination, for Mediation, for Artistic
Inspiration.

Today the Tarot is widely used as a Divination Tool, and despite the
"Ridiculous' comments, My experiance based on over 500 readings is they
work, and they work well, as I have no particular Psychic talents what so
ever I can tell you this is a learned and Learnable skill available to
anyone who choses to invest the time it takes to learn the meaning of
the cards, and practice the art of reading.

How they work is as unknown, and unknowable as any other Metaphysical
activity in the context of our current science and its matarialist
paradigm, but they do work.

Some believe there is a As Above so Below mechanism in play, but my
experiance convinces me they are means of commuication with our Guides,
Guardian Angles, or Higher Self; however one terms the metaphysical
guardians that watche over each of us in our journey in this material
world.

I hope this anwser has been of value to you. Brightest Blessings, BB.
