Thankful Thinking Spell

Incense of the day: Dill
Thanksgiving is the traditional time for gratitude and reflection. Too often, we worry about small problems and petty disagreements. Rarely do we reflect on the positive aspects of what we have. Instead, we spend a great deal of time pining for something or some- one we don't have. Today is a day to focus on the wonderful things we do have. Thanksgiving is a good time to realign our perspective and appreciate the many gifts in our life: our family, friends, job, children, country, and spiritual freedom. Appreciate simple gifts of nature we take for granted, such as the warmth of the Sun on your face, walking through grass or sand with bare feet, or sipping your favorite cold beverage under a shady umbrella. Write this affirmation on a small card and keep it somewhere visible: "I enjoy and value the precious gifts and moments in my life."
