I have a young friend ,14 year old girl, who is being verbally, emotionally physically and possible sexually abused by her stepfather. We have contacted social services but mother is in denial and SS moves slow but they are moving so she has some protection due to their involvement. Now to my question, We have been thinking about asking Kali for intervention but need to know what price will she require. We don't mind paying but don't want to get the brunt of her ire if the payment isn't to her liking.
Any help would be appreciated

I have used this spell in the past with excellent results. I hope it helps this child.
Materials: 2 black illuminator candles, sage, 4 white votive candles, picture or name of person or situation written on parchment with dragons, blood ink, 3 tapers (white, red & black).
Place the 2 black candles on the altar. Sage the room. Place the 4 votive candles at the quarters. Put the picture, name or situation on the center of the altar. Inscribe the sign or Saturn mars and the sign of mercury on the 3 tapers. Set these candles on top of the picture, name or issue. Light the black canles and cast your circle, walking 3 times clockwise around the circle saying:
"I conjure thee, O great circle of protection,
So that you will be for me a boundry
Between the world of humans and
The realms of the mighty spirits.
A meeting place of perfect love, trust, peace, and joy.
A cauldron of protective energies,
Containg the power I will raise herein.
I call upon the quardians of the East,
The South, the West, and the North
To aid me in this consecration.
I the names aof the Lord and Lady.
Thus do I conjure thee,
O great circle of protection!"
When you are finished stomp your foot and say:
"The circle is sealed!"
Call the quarters. Start at the North and say:
"Hail Bueardians of the North (East, South, West).
I (craft name)
do summon the elementals of Earth (Air, Fire, Water).
Stir my ancestral dead
And call forte the spirit of Kali.
To witness this rite and protect this sacred space.
Hail and Welcome!"
As you move to each quarter light the quarter candle. Step forwqrd and pick up the first of the inscribed candles. Hold lightly in your hands. Visualize the perpetrator being punishfor their actions. How the candle until your fingers start to throb from the pressure. Take a deep breath the light the candle.Then slowly walk the circle, asking for justice and protection from each quarter. Repeat the process with the other 2 inscribed candles, one at a time. With the last candle, move to the center. Hold the candle aloft and say:
Mighty Kali, terrible mother!
Goddess of creation, preservation, and destruction.
Dark Mother, hear me as I call for justice!"
Then tell the Goddess exactly what you want from her. Walk the circle again while saying:
"I conjure a phantasm
Out side this circle be.
I conjure a phantasm
To bring justice to me.
I conjure a phantasm
To haunt you every move.
To keep you from harming another poor fool.
I conjure a phantasm,
To ruin all your plans,
I conjure a phantasm
to search throughout the land.
I conjure a phantasm
With teeth and wings of fire.
I conjure a phantasm
To do as I desire.
I conjure this phantasm
To bring your evil down.
I conjure this phantasm
To move without a sound.
I conjure a phantasm
to sniff out your hate, greed and sin!
I conjure a phantasm
To pull sweet justice in!
Be off with you now
My phantsm of justice.
Find (peron's name or situation)
And being their Karma to bear!
Return to the ether when your job is done!"
Lift you arms in the sir and visualize the phantasm lifting outside the circl and winging to do it's duty. Thank Kali for her assistance. Close the circle by dismissing the quarters. Take up the circle with your athame. Stamp your foot and say:
"This circle is open
But never broken!"
Allow the cndles to burn out completely. Get rid of the candle leavings off your property.

I would call Kali. The price? Give her your love, doration, fruit. Kali is great for protecting women and children. You are justified in calling her as you did all that you can do. Children should not be messed with. Shmashana Kali to put this human garbage in place and Dakashina Kali to love and protect the child. See this dirt bag sub human as a demon with no power and Kali to come and neutraalize the harm. I despise garbage that hurt children. Poor child. May Kali protect and heal that child.

Author's Notes: I wrote this so it is not some ancient call to Yemaya. It is simple yet beutiful. It works. People have tried this call and had success.
I live in Florida and I am only 2 miles from the beach. I tried this on at the beach at nigt during the full moon. I gave her roses, chocolate, and pork rinds. I watched as the ocean too them away. I only gave her the head part of the rose.

Part of the trouble may be that a spell *cannot* be "broken" -- Consider for example that a spell is essentially ENERGY -- and energy cannot be "broken". It may be deflected, converted, etc, but *not* "broken".
It can be difficult to allow our children to learn from their mistakes -- but sometimes it's necessary. How old is he, and this woman?
A note to remember for future reference:
A regular, daily regimen of psychic "hygeine" -- including cleansing and shielding, can often fend off psychic attacks before they become a problem.

In keeping with Gaia's Observation you can't really break energy; and
Kalimir's Observation you might seek to do a Reversal; I have had very
