Casting Instructions for ' Compeling a Lier to Confess'

If you suspect someone is a liar but are not sure, get a purple candle and dress it with Compelling oil. Write the person's name on a piece of parchment paper nine times and cross and cover that name with your name nine times. Place the paper under the candle and burn it for seven days while the moon is waxing. Each night you light it, call the person's name and say,
''I compell you to tell the truth!'

That's why, in the army, we were not allowed to tell even our
boyfriends/husbands things. Because they might tell 'only their best
friend', who might then tell 'only his wife/girlfriend', who might then tell
'only her best friend', *ad infinitum*. So in spite of the implied insult
of not trusting one's significant other by sharing everything, there were
some things we must not for those very reasons.

Actually, I am a pretty good keeper of secrets, being a Scorpio, LOL! When my ex hubby was in the Navy there were certain things he couldn't talk about because of the security level. Some of the things he did talk about that weren't forbidden were the flights (he was a flight engineer on the P3 aircraft)
through the Bermuda Triangle. He told me that every single time they flew in and around that area the instrument panels went bonkers, as well as the communications.

But I do agree that something shared in confidence should not be passed on, even to your significent other.

I never thought of spiders of being snuggly or cuddly. I might panic slightly or
get a little nervous or anxious of i found a black widow in bed with me. But I
don't think I would harm it, esp if it had not harmed me.

Lady N: That is so sweet what your kids would do for the quiet residents in your
house. That may be why they never harmed you all. I believe living beings (of
all kinds) feel the kindness and positive energy from other living beings, and
welcome and appreciate it. I always think of Charlotte's Web and her babies.

I also think "weird" is relative, and so is "normal". One man's weird is another
man's normal, and vice versa. (i.e. The Adam's Family) My daughter calls me
weird all the time, but o well. She's still my daughter and i love her and
respect her opinions, but don't let it bother me. I like to use the terms
"unique" or "different" rather than weird. Weird can have a negative
connotation.

Beth, we had Black Widows living in some of the ceiling corners in several
rooms. When the kids were younger, they would try to catch flies and other
insects to give to the spiders. When we would see egg sacs, we would be sad
because we knew what it meant for the Mama. When the little spiders started
crawling out of the egg sacs we would catch what we could and relocate them to
our shed or porch. People always thought we were wierd; I can't imagine why.

My daughter Scarlette (Starr) would check on "her" spider every day, the one that lived in our laundry room. She named her Charlotte, and was devastated when her Charlotte died. When my daughter Aimee was young she had a spider living in her closet that she named "Hairy Legs." She always made sure 'he' was never near the door when she closed the closet. If any family or friends ever saw one of our spiders when they were visiting, they knew not to kill them. I agree with you about them feeling the love from humans. We respected them and they did the same for us.

My kids also grew up respecting and caring for the spiders who shared our
abode. Sometimes the spiders were named, and if one day a drawer or
cupboard was opened and its inhabitant found to be missing, that was reason
for comment or even worry. I also believe that our care for the spiders
might contribute to why no one in the household has ever suffered a bite
from them.

As a child, I once removed a drawer from a chest of drawers and only
outside, when I turned the drawer upside down with the intent of shaking out
the rubbish from it, did I find that my hand was nearly touching a black
widow on the underside of the drawer. How she didn't bite me, with my
having thrust my hand into such close proximity with her unseen, I don't
know, but thank goodness she didn't!

That's like the starfish story, though: 'But it matters to THIS one' (the
one(s) you saved). I can't save all the ravens, but I saved five. I can't
save all the stray cats, but I've saved a couple of hundred of them, I can't
save all the stray dogs, but I've saved a few... To every one of those, my
saving them was saving the whole world as they knew it. There's a Talmudic
saying to the effect that if you saved one [human] life, it's as though you
had saved the whole world. I assume that is premised on the idea that had
that life been Adam's, you'd have saved the whole human race (as the Talmud
is based on Biblical beliefs). But it may also mean, as per what I said
about animals, that for the person or animal you saved, it's their whole
world. For them it was all or nothing, and you caused it to be all.

i'm sorry....please tell me again why people wonder why i get so cynical and testy when dealing with dim bulbs like this????  is it becauase i am a negative person...i don't think so...i think it is because i have a brain and a voice and choose not to waste my time w people that are obviously not screwed in right, rule book or no rule book.....hmmm negative...no...obvious  lol

positive and negative

Tina,
  your upbeat and glowing personality and mentality always charge me and are helping me tremendously to try to get out from under this gigantic negative cloud i seem to be under...this am i was talking to the post office about a safety issue that has been going on for months and they had simply not done anything about it. although the call was serious, the girl i was talking to, we were laughing and joking around and i had complimented someone in the local office that is just a beautiful person all around and when i got off the phone, i realized, i was literally high from the laughing and joking and the compliments being paid, it was like someone had just flooded my chest and veins with this huge glowing ball of positivity and my veins were literally humming and i felt the electricity through them and still am riding that high..
  yesterday i looked into DBT dialectical behavior therapy and also ABC attitude behavioral (can't find the last word) online and joined several groups.
  i was amazed that literally within about a hour of reading the info and doing searches on Youtube about instructional videos and self help videos that already i was feeling very different.
  i have already started auto correcting msyelf and replacing hell and damn with heck and darn...it is so weird... and put a folder on my desktop to literally create a document for the positive and negative things that i wanted to say instead and replaced them with positive stuff ...and the positive stuff is way ahead...seeing those individual documents in there is so reaffirming and such a huge boost for my morale and mental mindset.
  there seem to be many like Tina in this group and i am just SO grateful that i found all of you.

I never thought of spiders of being snuggly or cuddly. I might panic slightly or get a little nervous or anxious of i found a black widow in bed with me. But I don't think I would harm it, esp if it had not harmed me. Lady N: That is so sweet what your kids would do for the quiet residents in your house. That may be why they never harmed you all. I believe living beings (of all kinds) feel the kindness and positive energy from other living beings, and welcome and appreciate it. I always think of Charlotte's Web and her babies. I also think "weird" is relative, and so is "normal". One man's weird is another man's normal, and vice versa. (i.e. The Adam's Family) My daughter calls me weird all the time, but o well. She's still my daughter and i love her and respect her opinions, but don't let it bother me. I like to use the terms "unique" or "different" rather than weird. Weird can have a negative connotation.

 . I would wake up in the morning with spiders snuggled in bed with me. I never knew until after I left home that they were Black Widows. They never bothered me, just like to snuggle I guess.  LOL

Beth,  we had Black Widows living in some of the ceiling corners in several rooms.  When the kids were younger, they would try to catch flies and other insects to give to the spiders.  When we would see egg sacs, we would be sad because we knew what it meant for the Mama.  When the little spiders started crawling out of the egg sacs we would catch what we could and relocate them to our shed or porch.  People always thought we were wierd; I can't imagine why.
