Shamanic Journeying Workshop

10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Smith Street, Wollongong
Notes:
This workshop has been created to explore the Shamanic art of journeying into non-reality.
Through journeying to the beat of a drum, you will be carried from normal reality, seeing places, animals and guides that can help you on your journey through life.
During the day, we will be journeying to...
* The Lower Worlds
* The Middle World and your secret garden
* The Upper World and the realms of spirit
* Healing your past
* Connecting with your animal guides
* Healing through the 9 planes of existance
* Expressing yourself through voice and beat
This workshop is open to all who wish a greater understanding of Shamanism and their own personal journey through life.
You will need to bring with you a rattle or drum and an eyemask for journeying.
