It is the time of the Turning of the Great Wheel the Iron Age is
Dawning and Chattii man spills out of their cradles to claim dominion
over the world.
For the Daughters of the Silver Age it is a twilight time , and One last
refuge remains to them, a place to Laugh, Love and Raise Children. A
place filled with Song and Beauty and Magick. As the wheel turns they
return to their beginnings, to their most Ancient home, a Sacred Grove.

To a place called Anar.

Any how, Over the last ten years or so I have written several stories
that take place in a world called Mura, they fall into Three Series, The
Daughters of Kur; (A Vampire Series for want of a better word.) The
Sacred Queens of Anar, and The Rebecca Stories, the concern a Sumerian
Priestess.

From time to time I will post one of the Anar stories in group so some
members will be vaugely aware of them, and I have mentioned before, My
Story Telling informs my sprituality and my spirituality my story
telling; both because I have always felt there is an element of
channeling in the work; and because it allows me to work out the anwsers
to certain, basic questions.

My favorite example is this ... What would a people like the Murians,
who have never known Patriarchy, and find no shame in their lovemaking,
call lovemaking. Over time I came to understand the Murians call
Lovemaking "Sharing Bliss"; consider the effect that simple thought
would have had on our culture, if Lovemaking was not something we viewed
as Dirty "The Nasty" or Violent, or something a man does to a woman, but
inheriently a Sharing.1

But I wander ...
anyhow while I have written perhaps 30 stories over all set in Mura they
always come to me verbally, like storyteller in my head recieting a
story as I do my best to write it down, the first time or two it can be
very odd; her cadance and grammer are not really write for English and
while I understand her perfectly when I am writing a story, re-reading I
often find I need to go back and smooth out the language, re-order her
words so they fit our way of speaking; it was one of the firs clues - to
my mind -that their might be something of a channeled aspect here;
because I literally dont think in her grammer or cadance except when I
write the stories.

But if the dream was a bit more than a dream, if it was a Glimpse of
Anar, then that is a rare thing indead.

The Murians concieve of their world as the Body of a Dragon, who Eons
ago wounded by her battles with Set took refuge in the sea to heal;
their World will end when "The Dragon Rises again from the Sea." But the
dragon is not Ignorant of them, not like a Dog is Ignorant of it's
fleas, no it is aware of those who have made a home on its great form,
and seeks to guide them, in this Story, Which might double as a guided
mediation, Ara the Queen of Anar - Teaches her Daughter Pandora how to
Listen for the Whisper of the Dragon.
To Be As a Flower
They stopped beside a bend in a little brook. Ara sat down just by the
edge of the bank, "Sit with me Pandora. We must be as a flower, sit just
so." And Pandora sat crossed legged beside her mother.

"Feel your breath let your mind be full of your breath."

"Yes Momma."

"A flower is silent Pandora, do not anwser unless you truly need too,
just listen and do as I say."

"Yes Momma." :)

Sit quite still. ... Like a flower you have roots ... feel your roots
sink down into the rich earth. Sit up quite straight feel the strength
of Momma Ki flow up the stem of your inner flower. Let you hands be the
leaves, let your face be the flower itself. Feel the strength of
Momma-Ki flow up your stem into your leaves.

1. To better understand the stories one must understand that while
Murian's look much like us "Chatti" (fire) They are as different from us
as Elves (Air) or Dwarves/Bristlings (Earth); Their Element is Water and
much like the Trees of Anar they are tall (Averaging nearly 7'), long
lived (240 yrs; one Pluto return) and Strong. A Murians skin is very
pale, her hair always Black as Ravens wings.

In the story, Esa, the First Archer

and day with a Chattii family reveals to her friend and host Durr that
the Murians had no word for rape before they met us Chattii; and of
course that has colored the relationship between the Daughters of the
Silver Age, and the Sons of the Iron age ever since. Obviously there is
some real violence in this story and its not intended for children.
