If you read yesterday's calendar entry, then you already know that the Moon remains in Pisces, but is in void mode until 5:58AM PDT tomorrow. Therefore, the essence of today is to complete odd jobs and old projects rather than to bust loose with dynamic, new enterprises.
Reminding you to slow down and be more cautious are Mars in contra-parallel to Ceres (12:42AM PDT), Vesta square Jupiter in fixed, power signs (2:24AM PDT), and the Sun making a frictional, 135-degree tie to Chiron (2:11PM PDT). You could lose some of your productivity due to the Mars-Ceres interaction while the Vesta-Jupiter fracas suggests there is a need to think more clearly about your investment strategies. Meanwhile, the Sun-Chiron liaison could be tweaked into assisting you with research about holistic healing and advances in alternative medicine.
On the higher side of the astro-psychic spectrum, note the following, favorable alignments: The Moon makes its monthly union with nur turing Ceres in Pisces (7:30AM PDT); Mercury forms an inspirational, 72-degree tie to Mars (6:00PM PDT); Venus trines Chiron in water signs (8:44PM PDT); Mercury unites with Juno in Libra (10:09PM PDT).
The Moon-Ceres configuration can help with dietary and nutritional changes. Mercury in league with Mars is a potential plus for construction work and athletic contests. Venus in tune with Chiron is a bonus for love birds. Mercury uniting with Juno is an additional boost for romantic partners and also assists on the communication front in all key relationships.
Nevertheless, strange forces are always on the prowl as the Moon nears another end in its movement through the entire zodiac. By tomorrow morning - 5:58AM PDT - the lunar orb will finish its long void motion in Pisces and fire up the engines of independent-minded Aries.

In 1871 the Great Chicago Fire raged for more than 30 hours straight. That tragic event gave birth to this 'National Fire Prevention Week,' as well as today's 'Fire Prevention Day.' Both of these energies provide the public with educational and instructional events that occur annually at this same time every year. One of those educational opportunities explains the different types of burns, which are categorized in degrees as they progress in severity. First degree burns damage the first layer of the skin, while second degree burns damage both the first and second layers of the epidermis. These burns can blister and potentially cause dangerous infections. Third degree burns are serious and mandate immediate care. Call for help immediately if you ever suffer from second or third degree burns. But while you are waiting for help, try to get the burn under gently running cold water. Carefully cover the burn with a clean cloth until you are in qualified, professional hands. For le sser burns, try putting mushroom slices on the affected area. Alternative therapies tell that fungus can actually help to heal a burn. And now one of my personal favorites: For burned fingertips, simply hold your ear lobe by placing your thumb on the backside of the lobe and the burned tip (or tips) on the front. Keep them there for a full minute and, voila, no more burn! Now that's just pretty darn cool!

OK guys and gals, this I just wrote. It is easier said than done....I know from experience, but I will use it as a reminder of a really bad thing I have somewhat overcome. And thank you all for you energy and prayer. My Father has recovered...completely. ..from his stroke, my brother had two stents in his heart...fully recovered. Things are still rough, but going upwards.
