If you feel as though a huge force is tugging at you - physically and psychically - you are tuning into the upcoming Jupiter reversal at 11 degrees of Taurus happening early tomorrow. :)))))) MY QUESTION regarding this spell is the following. I LIVE with two very unique Black Cats! They cross my path ALL the time!!!
Should I recite the charm (with each of them) once a day? Hmm? I think they would be interested in what I'm doing [if I did that]; they listen when I talk. If I say something with the right tone of voice, one of them (my particular buddy) always talks back...

I have had cats (black and other colors) who have wandered into my magical circles whether it was a solitary one or a group ritual. Sometimes they will stroll around the circle boundaries, somehow knowing they are there; other times they hang around the altar, checking things out. Some of my cats sleep on my BOS or on one of my altars. Others couldn't care less. Definitely include them in your magick if they are interested.

Does anyone know a way i can tell who my daughter is seeing? She lays in her play yard and bassinet making noises and smiling and stuff when i peek at her something has her attention (there is nothing above her). everytime i change her she stares into the kitchen and laughs and kicks and stuff. Im just wondering if its my sister. It is funny cuz everyone is saying she seeing someone by her reactions.

How to Practice Lucid Dreaming
Although the world of dreams is fascinating, people often have trouble remembering what it is they dream. At the same time, dreams are used by many spiritual traditions and personal development methods to gain access to the subconscious. That’s where your hidden abilities lie, and where you can find everything you need to lead a dream-life! What if you could remember your dreams, and if your mind remained conscious while you were in the dream state? What if you could create any kind of dream you want, completely at will? That’s exactly what lucid dreaming enables you to do.
Lucid dreaming is the ability to remain conscious while dreaming, and change the course of dreams as they occur. The technique has been used since time immemorial to improve people’s lives, and find solutions to problems that were unsolvable through ordinary means. Why not use this powerful resource of the night to change your own life?
Western Society Has Forgotten How To Dream In Imperial China, ancient Egypt, Greece or Rome, people used dreams as a way of divining the future. Dreams can be a vector for spiritual enlightenment, an effective method for healing, a key to whatever lies beyond our earthly limitations, and a forest of signposts for changing the present and orienting your future.
Many popular traditions, spiritual paths and psychological therapies affirm that dreams do have meaning, and can help us lead better lives.
Two obstacles prevent us from making more use of dreams in our day-to-day lives. One is the extreme volatility of the things we see and hear while we’re dreaming, and the trouble we have remembering them. If we don’t take time to remember our dreams, and even write them down the moment we wake up, events of the day start crowding in, interfering with our nocturnal visions and making them harder and harder to recall. People usually don’t even think about remembering their dreams, since they don’t see how it could be useful in the waking world.
What Did You Dream About Last Night?Some people still use dreams as a way of guiding their waking lives. The Senoï of Malaysia, Australian aborigines, and Amerindians, are just three of the countless societies that have integrated dreams into the fabric of their daily lives. Among the Senoï, the first question people ask in the morning is “What did you dream last night?†The answers influence their daily activities, both individually and as a group.
Hinduism and Buddhism teach a type of yoga based on dreams. Judaism, Islam and Christianity have used dreams as a way of prophesying events, and continue doing so to this day. Back in the Dark Ages, Christian clerics declared dreams the work of Satan, which is why so many people have a negative attitude towards dreaming in western countries, and don’t use it to improve their lives.
Content That Isn’t Always Easy To Understand
In a addition to the fact that dreams are easily forgotten, another obstacle to their use is the fact that what they’re about, what happens during a dream, isn’t always clear or easy to understand when we wake-up.
The logic of dreams is very different from the way we usually think. The subconscious expresses itself in its own way, and often uses symbols that aren’t easy to interpret. Most people give up trying to understand them.
There are dictionaries that interpret the meaning of dreams, but they don’t always agree, and that discourages people and makes it harder to understand what dreams really mean.
Practically forgotten since the Middle Ages, we had to wait until the 19th Century when Freud’s work“The Interpretation of Dreams†was published (1899) for interest in the activity to be revived. We now have to admit that dreaming is an essential part of life. But Freud’s book didn’t make understanding dreams any easier. A Frenchman named Marquis Hervey de Saint-Denys was the first to describe the technique of lucid dreaming, as he tried to clear up the controversies about the contents of dreams, and enable people to actually control their dreams at will.
Get Ready For Some Lucid Dreaming Lucid dreaming consists of being conscious that you’re dreaming while you’re still in a dream, especially one you want to happen.
It’s less complicated than it seems, and it doesn’t take long to acquire the technique, since the preparations are so simple. So what’s the problem? Well, if there is one, it’s in your mind.
You have to accept the fact that dreams are an important part of your evolution. Then you need to express a clear desire to use them to change your life. When you’re convinced that dreams really can help you, you’ll have already done a large part of the work. Learning the technique will be child’s play, and you’ll soon be having lucid dreams whenever you want.
Improving How Well You Remember Your DreamsOnce you accept how important dreams are, you’ll have to improve your ability to remember them. To do that, start practicing on week-ends or holidays… whenever you don’t have to get up in the morning and go somewhere like work. In those instances you have other things to think about, and tend to forget your nocturnal wanderings. Practice when you can wake-up naturally, without an alarm, and take your time before you start taking care of business. When you wake-up, don’t change position suddenly, but lie there with your eyes closed and relax.
Try to recall some element of your dream, a person you saw or a place you visited, and use it as a starting point to reconstitute as much as possible of your dream, including how you felt at any given moment. If you’re motivated enough, you should be able to see most of your dreams clearly in just a few days.
Whenever possible, write your non-lucid dreams down. You’ll learn many things about yourself and your life from them.
Lucid Dreaming
You can try to do some lucid-dreaming when you feel ready, but don’t start this phase until you’ve fully mastered the art of remembering your ordinary dreams (also called involuntary or unconscious dreams).
Here’s the technique for lucid dreaming:
- Have a light evening meal, don’t drink any alcohol, and don’t take any stimulants like coffee before going to bed.
- Make sure you’re fully relaxed when you go to bed. Don’t do it after a stressful day when you’ve had a lot of things to deal with, especially if they were unpleasant.
- When you go to bed, lie on your back, close your eyes and relax. Take a few deep breaths (at least ten) and relax your mind and body completely.
- Think hard and concentrate on the fact that you want to have a lucid dream. Repeat a sentence that affirms this desire as many times as you can before you fall asleep. For example, you could say “Tonight I’m going to have a lucid dream…†or “Tonight I’ll look at my hands while I’m dreaming.â€
- Then, when you wake-up, try to remember if you had a lucid dream, in the same way you remembered your ordinary dreams.
If your conviction is strong enough, you should soon have your first unique lucid-dreaming experience.

Helpful Hint: Before falling asleep, while you’re repeating your affirmation to have a lucid dream, think of something you want to do during the dream, and repeat it to yourself. Here are a few examples: “I want to fly†or “I want to go to such-and-such a place†or “I want to meet such-and-such a person.†Or it could be something simple like “I want to look at my hands.†This should accelerate the process of remaining lucid while in the dream-state.

I know I am new here, but I am a male witch or sorceror. imo...a warlock practices magick that belongs to someone else, wheather they bought it, stole it or whatever. They do not make their own. I as a male witch, make my own magick on a daily (if not each second) basis!!!

They also know the history of the word, and choose to use the term. But generally this is a good sign that this person is a wannabe. But Warlock is a legitimate title for a male Witch.

If you are talking about yahoogroups, I only post to my own groups, so I am unfamiliar with any except for SeaWitches@yahoogroups.com . Perhaps some of our members have their own groups they would like to share with us.

It's as if my friend Doctor Oz came out from behind his curtain and christened today 'More Herbs, Less Salt Day!' And we would both agree that this is very good advice when it comes to your daily diet. However, there's a physical agenda that addresses arthritic anomaly by using both of those condiments. In the first case, there's an African anti-inflammatory plant called devil's claw, named because its large fruit resembles a claw-like hand. Some herbal practitioners say that this herb may prove useful in arthritis pain relief and it has the potential to improve joint mobility while enhancing healing. Devil's claw can make such claims because of its anti-inflammatory properties and because it can also act as an all-natural analgesic. After getting proper medical attention, you might want to explore using the extract of this herb, which can be easily found in most health food stores, as a way to ameliorate acute arthritis discomfort. If you want to use salt to address this same complaint than heat a half cup of kosher or coarse salt in a frying pan and use it to prepare an inflammation and pain reducing poultice. Pour the heated salt into a cotton handkerchief or cheesecloth and then place the poultice on the affected area. Place a hot water bottle or heating pad on top of the salt to keep it warm. When combined and used jointly, this herb and salt agenda gives arthritis a one-two punch that will make you the winner. But remember, if you're talking about seasoning your food, shake things up a bit and try to use more herbs and less salt. That way, no matter which part of this tip you use, everyone's a winner!

Regarding Lucid Dreaming

I appreciated seeing an article on Lucid Dreaming. Thank you. I like the idea of telling myself as I drift off to sleep, "I will have a lucid dream..." etc.
I wanted to add a bit of my own experiences to this thought. For years, I did the power of suggestion, right before falling asleep, "I will remember my dream and write it down as soon as I wake up." I had the journal and writing implement next to my bed. Later, I had the computer next to my bed.
At first, it may not work. You may not remember. Or if you do remember, you remember very little. The trick is to be patient and to keep trying, and WRITE down whatever you remember. Don't let your adult mind/monkey mind tell you "THIS IS WORTHLESS/CRAP. THROW IT OUT." Don't listen, just keep writing it down.
The thing is, if you persist, you will start remembering more of your dreams. It will get more clear. For me, my recollection got fairly vivid. Some were telepathic. Some were prophetic (I found those difficult to decipher.). Etc.....
But I never said, "I'll have a LUCID dream tonight... etc" !!!

Oh yeah, there is a teacher of writing, Natalie Goldberg, who in "Writing Down the Bones", recommended the exercise of writing a "Morning Journal", i.e., immediately after you wake up write write write for five to ten minutes anything and everything...
I tried that for awhile, several years ago. I have to wonder if the things that I wrote down were from the dream state/astral plane, that sometimes, the dream comes through in words, and not images.
I don't know. I prefer the "power of suggestion" right before I go to sleep. I want to remember my dreams. However, I thought I'd share that Goldberg exercise. It can be useful.

If we do bad medicine to others, we do bad medicine to ourselves. If we keep on doing bad ceremonies, we will eventually destroy ourselves. Any time we live our lives out of harmony, we are doing bad ceremonies. Any time we treat anything with disrespect whether it is another human being or a plant or an animal, we are performing bad ceremonies. These ceremonies not only have an effect on ourselves but will simultaneously affect everything. We need to use our power well, only do good ceremonies.
My Creator, teach me only good ceremonies. Teach me ceremonies that accomplish good for all the people. Good ceremonies cause good results. Teach me ceremonies that are helpful.

Even if someone tells us this person is a kind, loving, caring, intelligent individual, we wouldn't be able to see it. If we change our belief about them, that person will change and so will our judgment about that person.

Some essential oils appear to have an effect on the neurotransmitters in the
brain that play a role in anxiety.
In Japan, a study has shown that lemon oil has anti-stress effects. It works
by modulating both the Serotonin and Dopamine neurotransmitter systems. In
Japan keypunch-operator errors were cut in half after piping lemon scent
through the ventilation system. Calming and less stress equals less errors.
How to Use: Try diffusing in the morning or use in a car diffuser on the way
to work.
