Barriers and Walls

Today I want to take a moment to talk about barriers and walls that
separate us.
A week or so ago I stumbled upon a website that bashed various people
across the internet. They bashed people they clearly didn’t even know.
They picked away at these people for no other reason than that the
people listed on their site didn’t have the same beliefs as them… or
that they didn’t do the same things they did… as if their way is the
only way. My name was even on their list … they picked at my story
about how I got my name, saying how it is more of an embarrassment and
that I must ramble on non-stop, given my name. Then they went on to say
my website was nothing more than a load of bad art. These are the things
they said about me.. so you can imagine what they said of others.
These people don’t even know me but choose to bash me regardless…
wow.. How can I sign up to their club? What a charmed life they must
live. They have nothing better to do than search the net and find
terrible words to write about others. It’s people like this that build
barriers between us all.
I won’t do the same and search them down to make fun of their name or
the job that they do or the way they live their lives. To each their
own. We all have a right to our own beliefs and or our own way of living
as long as it harms none.
I just don’t see the good that they bring and I am saddened. I’ve
never been one to care much about what others have to say about me.. I
do my thing and that’s just me… I have always been that way and will
continue being me no matter what. I’m not perfect and never claimed to
be.. I make mistakes and I am as always a work in progress myself. But
people I know and care about are listed and bashed and I just hope they
never see what these people have written about them or at least if they
do see it, I hope they don’t take it to heart.
On another note of the same…
I had a personal experience a couple of weeks ago where someone said to
me that they thought I was a smart person until they found out about
something I believed in. WOW! Just because my beliefs may differ from
yours does not mean I’m stupid or any less of a person. Again…
another wall built for no good reason at all.
My beliefs are mine and mine alone.. as yours are yours and yours
alone..
I am not threatened by what you believe in as you shouldn’t be by what
I believe in.
It’s just silly nonsense!
This world doesn’t need more walls and barriers … that’s one thing
I do know!
Oh and btw .. yes I do sometimes ramble on …lol.. but hey that’s
just me .. I have a lot to say.. there are many stories in me and I like
to share. Not embarrassed one bit by my name, I wear it proudly! :-P
I would like to leave you all with one thought today.. as you go through
your daily life … be careful not to judge too quickly and be kind not
only in your actions but also in your words.
Today is “Say Something Nice Day†so smile at everyone you pass and
say something nice to someone today .. you’ll not only brighten their
world.. you’ll brighten yours as well.

Healers ........ Who are they really?
There are many many kinds of healing, no one healer is better then the next no
matter what degree you are, we are all born healers, some are more pulled
towards professions, some learn other forms of healing, at home as we take care
of loved ones is also a form of healing...Hugging, kissing a boo boo ect.
What types of Healing is out there, how do you get involved, learn, and how do
you use it in your daily lives?

During any healing process, no two people will react the same, many will get
many different results and some may not, that never ever means that person was
not a good healer, being there just to comfort and support someone can be just
as strong a healer then anything. Deep down everyone knows that in some level
which means the healing process that was meant for that person was given in a
way that was meant for that person at that time. Sometimes what we expect and
want is not what we really need and we forget to focus on the real importance of
true healing which was not the fault of the healer but mis read by the person
being healed. some of us have a thicker wall some of us are more open to except.
When your child falls and you rub the boo boo, that is a form of healing, when
someone needs a hug and you wrap your arms around them is another form, we are
all born with this energy, we use it every day and sadly most don't' realize
it...Until today! Your are all healers the day you where born. Some are more
pulled towards a profession, doctors, nurses, reiki, massages, the list can go
on forever! When we forget to be compassionate is when the healing process
stops!

Hi and Welcome to all our newest members, our group gives off a lot
of emails and if you feel your inbox has become over welmed with mail from us, we suggest using Daily Digest and read off the group, that way you will recieve 2-3 emails a day instead of 100 LOL (smiles)
Also anyone who has online stores or links to thier personal stores, we have in our link section a folder called "Witches Mall" you are more then welcome to add your stores in there so we can shop off our group!
Files, links, photos, calendar is open to everyone, feel free to use and add new info if you like, photo albums, everything is open to everyone here.
On our Database, for all you Myspace people, there is a table in there to add your link to your sites also and a table for specialties for anyone that is interested in adding thier info in there to help in emergencies like: Venders, food, supplies, anything for event's. That's a big help if anyone is interested in leaving thier info in there.

With Face book on the up rise yahoo groups are quieting down, I have made some groups on facebook with our friends on it, here are the links for those that are on or interested in keeping chat going...
We have been together for such a long time lets keep it going.
First off.....Use us...Don't Forget what NJP & our Sisters Groups are Really About
New Jersey Pagan Yahoo group has all the info on there, Stores, Dates, advertisements, 1500 NJ Members to chat with (About 5000 total with all members on each service), Database and files full of info, active calender to share reminders and more!
I am not closing the groups down but if you need anything that is where I have it all, I can not chase everyone all over Face book, if you want your stuff to be sent out I need it posted on New Jersey Pagans or Which Witch is Witch Yahoo groups!!
Some do have my emails that send me info but the Yahoo group is my base group and if you want to continue things moving in NJ and our neighboring states...I suggest keeping that group active by stopping in and sharing with us!
I'm not going to continue if it's a dead group, I've support everyone for years so would appreciate support back by keeping this group moving so we can share what's going on around us and stay together as a community, I'm asking that I am not the only one trying!! Cher

Stone Soup Opening up and Sharing Emotions
Today lets make our Brew together, remember that story of stone soup?
Lets beging with adding things to our pot, this is a sort of meditation and does take imagination and visualization, you have to live and feel the part of our brew as we share together.
What I'm going to suggest is that simply you say one thing that is bothering you or making you feel down about yourself or life, visualize yourself standing in front of the couldron, feel the heat and see the brightness of the fire glow around the pot and against your body, simply then think of something that would help you or make you feel better and can even be something nice towards someone/or memory to make you feel better then we toss that into the pot as an ingredient. After you toss your Positive good thoughts you will then take a large paddle and stir the brew and as you turn it 3 times you will say your new positive intention and then we move on to the next person until all our good intents are then made into this large good soup together where we heal and share our feelings and friendships.
Ok lets begine, I close my eyes and visualize a huge black cauldron over an amazingly large fire, flames appear soft and wrap it's arms around that pot as it begins to bubble and steam rises as if arms and little hands hold that pot tight for us to add all our good intensions and good ol positive energy full of healing, happiness, friendship and love!
So I walk up to this amazing Pot and I'm going to share:
Next Person Please add your intents to the pot

Tired of Arguments that make me feel like I'm invisible with my family so for today only, I will not argue and let these things bother me
I surrender myself and will be the better person and do something that makes me happy today....I think of potatoes LOL because they can change into so many different things as you cook them and I am amazing all all those different ways. I toss my thoughts of good will to myself in the pot and stirr the paddle three times...thank you for listening to my problems today ... Read More... Read More

gown (two-piece, black) size XL, a black vinyl gown (L/XL) and a fully-lined

"Gay Men's Healing Ritual" with Robert Alvarez, the Psychic Witch...

I am very pleased to announce that on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 I shall lead the
next Ritual with the NYC Open Gay Men's Pagan Magick Circle (originally known as
the New York Gay Men's Open Wiccan Coven).
Although that is the same date of the Summer Solstice/Litha/Midsummer, in the
state of New York, as well as in other States and other countries, June is Gay
Pride Month. As a result, I am honored to lead a "Gay Men's Healing Ritual."
I first led this Ritual either two or three years ago, but the version that I
have created I find to be deeper, richer and more focused. Last night, I met
with Gary Suto/Ocymvio to discuss the Ritual with him. Aside from two
suggestions, he loved it.
The Intention of this Ritual is for Gay Men to dissolve the barriers and
blockages, both within and without that prevent us as Gay Men from being
empowered and free, wild and successful, Self-Aware and Self-Expressed. This
Ritual is open to Gay Men that are either new to Wicca, Magick, Witchcraft and
Ritual, or wish to deepen their connection to the Divine in Sacred Space of
Ritual, Wonder, Divine Love Energy and the Loving Fellowship of other Gay Men.
A more detailed Email shall follow sometime next week, but I wanted to put the
word out now. If you have any questions regarding this Ritual, please feel free

The New Jersey Renaissance Faire was conceived in 2009 by T.J. Miller, John
Williams and Phil Leiff. Their mutual love of renaissance faires as a way to
touch and engage an audience brought them as if by the magic of Crossford woods
to Liberty Lake and to Andy Pritikin. The magic swept him in as well for he
had only seen his first renaissance faire that very year.

Cleaning the House Herbs
This is the time of year to get your house ready for company and good times.
Many pine cleaners actually contain pine oil, which is good for clearing
negativity. Add some pine oil to rinse water for the bathroom and kitchen floors
to draw off negativity. Use only on floors where babies will not be crawling.
Add lavender to rinse water for drapes and curtains; it will leave a scent that
promotes a feeling of calm and harmony. Rose oil and jasmine added sparingly to
the final rinse for towels and sheets will promote a loving feeling in bath and
bedroom. Continue the theme with rose soap in the bathroom. ~Boudica

Durga, the fierce protector of the Indian scriptures, is a serene and beautiful
priestess when we recognize her power. Like the dark cloud that brings wild
weather, Durga can appear dreadful, especially in her role as a frenzied
warrior. Yet, like the thundercloud, Durga's intervention is important for life
to sustain itself.
Similarly, we have within us energies we may fear. Anger, for instance, can seem
so strong that we push down its expression. Yet anger can be a significant
resource for us, revealing places where we have been hurt and have not healed.
Exploring and expressing our anger is the first step to using its positive
power. Like Durga, we can use it to purge out the world of negativity.

Please join us on Saturday, June 18, 2011, to celebrate the Summer Solstice at
a beautiful outdoors location only 15 minutes from New Brunswick.
This CHILD-FRIENDLY ritual will start at approx. 12 noon, then the potluck
picnic feast will begin immediately afterwards. There are tables and chairs and
gas grills already on site for your use (or bring a blanket to picnic on the
lush, shaded lawn!). Playground area available for children. Part of the main
ritual will involve re-charging the amulet that protects this sacred property.
DONATION: $5/adult and a food item to share for potluck
