Question about binding

<p>MM every1</p>
<p>I know have been quiet the last year, which as been very hectic but I hope this year to be more active in this group I have truly missed you all</p>
<p>Now I have never done a binding nor have I ever even considered it but a lot of negativity has been sent my way from a particular individual to the point where it has affected my health & not even all the cleansing & protection I have done has stopped it & I do not wish to harm them simply protect myself & stop them from harming me or my family </p>
<p>So I would like to know what others think about binding? Any suggestions on what I should do? If I do go through with it should I hold on to the picture I use or should I bury it?</p>
