I am new here, but actually you dont need any "stuff". WILL, Direction, And INTENT have always worked for me. I used a feather, a lighter, a thimble of water, salt and me!

Merry Meet all,
I have a question regarding personal protection. There is a person falsely accusing me of stealing from them and this person is mentally unstable and has a history of being dangerous...assaulting others, namely.
The local police say that there is nothing they can do unless and until "something weird happens". I have been harassed a few times so far.
i would like to know if there are any good spells/magick I can do to help keep myself safe. I do not have money to buy many supplies if they are needed.
Any help would be appreciated.

That Will, direction, and intent makes sense, but the latter sentence sounds like "stuff" to me, I wouldn't know what to do with it! (It's been awhile since I've 'practiced') Ironically, this person wound up in an Alabama jail for a few days after her threats to me, on a drug charge. Karma can and does kick butt! IMO <shruggs> breaking through is realizing you do not need that tool anymore. Runes are but a device, we are GOD/DESS within ourselves, and mine have been on a shelf. I do however use them for others, and teaching. Create YOUR path, do not expect a device to know anything. As with any device...WE use them, they do not rule us. No outcome is ever engraved in stone. I hope this helps!

I read Runes. I studied them for years. Can anyone tell me -- if you reach a certain level, using your divination tool... how do you "break on through to a higher level"?
I got to a point where I recognized/realized/felt in my bones that Runes are alive. I KNEW it. Still do.
Having reached that point, I got stuck. I knew I needed to break through some wall or ceiling, but I couldn't fathom it.. then life got in the way.
If you reach a fairly decent level with a divinatory tool, and realize you could, should, go "higher", but get "stuck" instead... how do you break on through to the other side (Thanks to Jim Morrison and the Doors for that refrain)...
As always, looking forward to what anyone can tell me, about this type of predicament.

Kitchen Witch
Items needed:
metal gingerbread man cookie cutter
Spanish moss
black felt or bought felt witch's hat
orange material for skirt
thin orange ribbon
black material
glue
trim
Fold black material in half, cut a slit and slide over head.
With thread, sew a running stitch through the top of one edge of the
orange material and gather around the waist. Stitch in place.
Glue orange ribbon over the stitches. Cut pieces of ribbon long
enough to be suspenders and glue in place.
Glue Spanish moss to top of cookie cutter.
Glue witch's hat to Spanish moss. Or, if using black felt, cut a
circle the diameter you wish the hat to be. Cut a wide triangle of
felt, wrap to form a cone, and glue to circle. Glue to Spanish moss
Glue desired trim in place
