MM All,
Someone who's an old friend of my sons' and whose mother works with my ex
husband is in hospital in a coma. She was served a dessert containing
something she's allergic to and her situation has deteriorated to where
she's comatose and in system failure, requiring dialysis and 'tubes'. My
heart goes out almost as much to the mum as the daughter, having to be by
her child's bedside and watching her probably dying due to a stupid mistake
or misinformation. Please keep Chen and her family in your prayers or
healings.

In Taoist Feng Shui there are sacred, secret exercises known as the Five Mystic Codes that comprise the core training system for this philosophy and modality. These codes are essentially signs between you and the Universe that are aimed at building your vital life essence or your personal Chi. The first of these 'codes' is the Heart Secret and it uses a connection to the moon to elicit positive and healthy response, and since today is 'Moon Day' I thought I'd share this secret with you. It's much more composed and complicated than the brief details I offer here, but enacting this exercise at any time will result in magical and unexpectedly extraordinary experiences. First, go outside and stand in the moonlight. Then just shine right back at the moon. The whole process is imagined, and is therefore a visualization. These spectacular images of galaxies thousands of light years away would appear to have been taken using state-of-the-art equipment.
In fact, they were captured by amateur astronomer Georgiy Suturin using just a camera and a home-made telescope.
The extraordinary photos include the twinkling beauty of the Orion Nebula, and the Rosette Nebula - an object so massive it would take 130 years travelling at the speed of light to go from one side to the other.
Cosmic beauty: Amateur astronomer Georgiy Suturin took this stunning image of an open cluster - first discovered by Caroline Herschel in 1787 - using just a camera and a home-made telescope
Mr Suturin, from Kiev, Ukraine, took this exquisite image of the Orion Nebula is one of the brightest nebulae and is visible to the naked eye in the night sky
Incredibly, they were taken using a telescope painstakingly pieced together by Mr Suturin, who has dedicated his life to developing and trialling different kit to perfect his set-up.
He said: 'I was fond of astronomy even when I was a boy and studied in school.
'I first started making telescopes together with my friend. We made them out of standard glasses you wear if you have bad eyesight.
'We inserted the lenses to tubes made of hard cardboard and discovered we could take pictures of Venus - I kept that photograph under my pillow for years.

Key Magic

Key Magic
Key magic is an ancient and honored form of folk magic, often handed down within families and rarely committed to print. It dates back to the invention of lock-and-key devices, but the ever-evolving complexity of security technology has raised an interesting conundrum: modern keys do not work nearly as well as antique keys when it comes to magical applications. Why could this be?
At first glance, it seems logical that modern keys should work better in this regard because they offer much greater security in terms of keeping things locked up. However, the mystery clears when you compare an antique key and a modern key side-by-side: they have quite different shapes. An antique key has a little notched head for turning the tumblers, a long body, and a round, open handle. A modern key has a flat, notched blade for turning the tumblers and this blade attached directly to the handle, which is usually solid rather than open. Also, antique keys typically consist of brass or iron, occasionally silver; modern keys almost always consist of aluminum, tin, or similar light metals.
The antique key serves as a miniature magic wand, and indeed some tarot decks depict keys on some of the wand cards. The long body of the key represents the masculine principle while the round, open head (often decorated with ornate, curling patterns) represents the feminine principle. When taken together, the parts of an antique key express the union of these two powerful forces. Also, iron offers protection while brass captures solar/fire energies, and silver responds readily to any magical energy. Modern key materials possess much less magical receptivity. The short, flat blade and plain, solid handle of a modern key poorly express the original male/female dynamic that gives antique keys so much of their power. Therefore, the serious practitioner of key magic prefers to use antique keys for most purposes. You can find these easily and affordably at resale shops, auctions, even yard sales.
So what can you do with a suitable key? Keys offer cradle-to-grave service. In Germanic and Celtic cultures, an iron key placed in a baby's crib would keep the fairies from stealing the child. Several cultures recommend secreting a key in the coffin before burial so that the deceased can unlock the gates to the next world. Midwives may use a key, preferably the key to the nearest house of worship, to "unlock" a pregnant woman's womb and thereby ease childbirth. Another health-related application suggests that to cure a nosebleed, you should string a brass key, knot the string and put it over your head, and then drop the key down your back: the key "locks up" the flow of blood. This extrapolates well to other situations where one wishes to stop blood flow as fast as possible, and makes a very discreet solution because you can keep the key in your pocket and simply project its power where needed just as you would project any other type of energy. Alternatively, put one antique key on the same ring with your car and house keys, so as to have one readily available at need.
Key spells and lock spells also figure strongly in love magic, as you can see from the popularity of necklaces made with functional locks. The idea is that one partner keeps the key while the other keeps the lock, and this maintains their relationship. Keys can bring good luck or shed bad luck, and serve the same purpose in affairs of the heart. Finding a key brings good luck and may herald a new love interest on the way. To get rid of bad luck or discourage unwanted advances, carry a key to a crossroads. As fast as you can, turn around widdershins three times and throw the key over your left shoulder, imagining what you wish to discard going with it. Then leave without looking back.
The key is an ancient symbol of knowledge and authority. Keys in mythology may represent the power to grant or refuse entry into the underworld or other realms. They also suggest enlightenment, magical prowess, knowledge of the afterlife, and interdimensional travel. You might want to keep a key on your altar as a reminder of your quest for knowledge.

Cinnamon Oil Better for Killing Mosquitoes Than DEET
According to a study, cinnamon oil was found to be an effective
environmentally safe pesticide that also exuded a pleasant odor.
Although it hasn't been tested for use against adult mosquitoes,
researchers are hopeful that cinnamon oil will act as an effective
mosquito repellant.
Along with being an annoyance to summer outdoor enthusiasts,
mosquitoes also pose the threat of potentially major health problems
because of the deadly agents they carry such as malaria, yellow
fever and the West Nile virus.
The serious health and environmental concerns that arose from the
use of unsafe conventional pesticide applications have prompted the
search for natural and healthier chemicals to control mosquito
larvae.
In a study, researchers tested 11 compounds that contained cinnamon
leaf oil to determine how effective they were at destroying the
emerging larvae produced by the yellow fever mosquito. It was
discovered that the following four compounds, cinnamalaehyde,
cinnamyl acetate, eugenol and anethole displayed the most aggressive
activity against the yellow fever mosquito.
The compound, cinnamaldehyde, which is the main constituent found in
cinnamon leaf oil, could be used as an effective pesticide without
the risk of negative health and environmental consequences.

The Magic of Old Places

The Magic of Old Places
Here are some exercises that will greatly enrich some of your outings into old places or into the wilderness.
Houses and Buildings
There is a power and a strength to be drawn from things that are old. Perhaps the veils between the dimensions are thin, or perhaps events long past have left an imprint and a charge on a piece of land or a building. It's the feeling we get when we walk through a semi-ruined ghost town in the West, or among the restored houses and shops of an Eastern Colonial village. In Britain and Europe the sensation comes even stronger and more often as we walk through castles, cathedrals, or houses that are several hundreds of years old and have known generations upon generations within their walls.
As you pass through an old, out-of-the-way place, preferably alone, take a while to get the feeling of the place as it was in times past. Look around you and consider that the walls, the windows, and the very paving-stones that are there now and that you are gazing at have been viewed in exactly the same way by others who lived a hundred years ago, two hundred, or more. Much more. Perhaps their feelings were the same as yours are now, and their own lives as immediate and vital as your own. Simply stand there and listen with your mind and your psychic senses.
Bear in mind that your impressions don't have to be totally accurate. We all interpret psychic and past-life impressions through our own personal frames of reference. The details might vary, but the basic meaning behind it all will be the same.
Let's say you're standing in front of an old abandoned house. Look at it and estimate its age. Look at the trees around it, and imagine them being much smaller and much younger. You might want to say something like the following:
In the Name of the Gracious Lady
And the Lord of Life,
May only the good and the magical
Come to me while I am here.
And may I see and hear ever more clearly
The past of this place and those who once lived here.
Look at the windows, and imagine what they were like when a family gave the place a warmth and a life. Good times and bad, they will all be there, in the cracked walls and empty doorways. Go into the old house and pick up a piece of plaster, wood, or something else that has long been a part of the house. Hold it up to your forehead, and for a minute or more let yourself spontaneously sense psychically what it is in the relic. Let your mind and thoughts freewheel, and grasp the impressions that you get. Sense the families, the scenes, the loves, the sorrows, and the joys. Feel and listen! Walk from room to room, touching, feeling, and sensing everything. Take your time as you put yourself more and more back into another time, another place, another century.
When you are finished and finally walk out of the house, you might want to say something like this:
I return, safe and secure
And locked firmly within
The here and the now.
I may return to the past,
Be it in this place or some other,
Though only when I so desire.
I may see much and experience much,
But only when I do desire.
And may the blessings of the Ancient Ones
Be on those who once lived here.
Blessed Be!
Take your time. Such experiences are to be savored.
Drawing the Power of the Past
Once you have been in and around an old, special place that has its own particular strength and vitality and that appeals to you greatly, try the following exercise to draw power and presence within yourself. Breathe in ten times slowly, saying:
I draw from all about myself
From this old and powerful place.
May the Lord and the Lady be with me,
So that only the good and the beautiful
May be with me.
Inhaling deeply, imagine that you are drawing in a strength and a power that has been accumulating in this place for decades or even centuries, pulling it in through every pore in your body and holding it there.
Feel yourself immersed in the past. Feel great strength building within every part of your body, renewing and regenerating your body.
Then hold the feeling of strength, wonder, and the feeling of the past within you as you say, in these or similar words:
I now look through space and through time,
Seeing and feeling and knowing
The times of the past, the people,
Their words, and their feelings
All the more clearly.
Breathe out ten times, imagining very clearly that you are leaving the past and letting it go from within you, but that the strength you have drawn within yourself is staying, and will always be with you. Imagine that you are exhaling this power out through every pore in your body, and sending it back into the old, unique place in which you stand. When you feel that you have given back all the power, say in these words or in similar ones:
My questing is now done.
I have drawn the power of time,
And have become far stronger thereby.
I ask the blessings of the Lady and the Lord,
And give them thanks.

Set a Positive Emotional Climate
Just like a garden that flourishes best under certain conditions, your home operates more smoothly when the emotional climate is well thought out. Rather than simply reacting to each crisis and circumstance as it arises, setting an emotional climate gives you a head start in fending off potential sources of stress and conflict. It helps you respond to life rather than react to it.
When trying to determine the ideal emotional environment for yourself and/or your family, there are several important questions to ask yourself. What type of person are you? What type of environment do you enjoy and thrive in? Do you wish your home were more peaceful? These types of questions are critical in order to set the optimal emotional climate.
The creation of an emotional climate has more to do with your inner preferences than your external environment. For example, the placement of your furniture or the colors of your walls or carpet can contribute to the emotional environment but are not the most critical ingredients. Your emotional environment is primarily made up of things like noise levels, the speed of activity (is everyone rushing around like a chicken with its head cut off?), the respect of one another, and the willingness (or lack of willingness) to sit still and listen.
In our home, for example, we have determined that our goal is to create and maintain an environment of relative calm. Although we often fall short of our goal, we do take steps to put the odds in our favor. For example, although we all love spending time together, and we very often do, each of us also enjoys spending time alone in our home. The simple recognition that being alone is thought of as positive, rather than as negative, makes it easier for all of us to be sensitive to the noise, activity, and chaos levels that are occurring at any given moment. We have learned to sense when one of us needs a quieter environment or the space to be alone.
Another thing we try to do is to keep unnecessary rushing around to a minimum. Even though our children are only eight and five years old, we have discussed this issue many times. As a family, we have agreed to work on this tendency as individuals as well as in our interactions together. For example, if I fall into my habit of rushing around, trying to do too many things at once, I've given my children permission to gently remind me to slow down. They know that keeping a sane pace is important to the quality of our life at home and they feel comfortable reminding me when I'm interfering with this goal.
Obviously, the ideal emotional environment is going to be different from home to home. However, I think you'll find that if you spend a little time reflecting on what type of environment you would most prefer, you'll see relatively simple changes that you can begin to implement. Be patient with this one. It may have taken many years to create your current emotional environment, so it may take a little time to create a new one. Over time, I'm fairly certain you'll find this strategy extremely rewarding.

How to Draw Energy From the Earth
This exercise is meant to familiarize you with the Earth-body and with
the body-earth your physical body. Performing it regularly will help you
to realize that the Earth is alive and very responsive to your
attentions.
1. Find a comfortable spot where you can lie down. This spot can be
anywhere - on the front lawn, the bed, or living room couch.
2. Close your eyes. Relax. Breathe deeply into your belly and exhale
fully several times.
3. Become aware of your physical body. Really get into it from your head
down to your toes. Now, shift your attention to the Earth directly below
you. Let feelings of gratitude and respect for the Earth spirits well
up; stretch these sensations down through all the layers of the Earth
until you become aware of the Earth's inner molten core.
4. Once you have reached the inner core of the Earth, feel all your
fear, anxiety, and negativity drain down into the earth through your
spinal column, beginning at the top and ending at the base of the spine.
With your attention still focused at the base of the spine, begin to
draw the pure, vital energy up from the Earth's core. Feel it slowly
rise up through the spine until it reaches the top.
5. Open your eyes.

Time's up!
Since the dawn of Time, we've tried to understand her nature. Why? In order to control her. But time is a holy mystery, an extravagant gift meant to be experienced, not understood. Certainly not controlled. Why do you think we're crazed half the time?
Time's mystery is difficult for most women to appreciate because we've so little of it. Although we've all been allotted twenty-four hours each day, it doesn't seem to go very far. So if we experience anything at all, it's dread, because we keep running out of time. Again and again. And it doesn't matter what kind of time it is--Greenwich, daylight saving, standard, eastern, mountain, central, or pacific. All that matters is we never seem to have enough of it. Which is why all the women I know constantly feel time-worn.
For centuries those with time on their hands--saints, poets, mystics, masters, sages, and philosophers--have pondered time's enigma. They've discovered her duality. As the sculptor and poet Henry Van Dyke explains: "Time is/Too slow for those who Wait/Too swift for those who Fear/Too long for those who grieve/Too short for those who Rejoice..." Slow and swift are time's parallel realities, the yin and yang of existence.
In order to know a semblance of serenity during the days of our lives, we also need to discover Time's twin nature, which the ancient Greeks called chronos and kairos.
Chronos is clocks, deadlines, watches, calendars, agendas, planners, schedules, beepers. Chronos is time at her worst. Chronos keeps track. Chronos is a delusion of grandeur. Chronos is running the Marine Corps marathon in heels. In chronos we think only of ourselves. Chronos is the world's time.
Kairos is transcendence, infinity, reverence, joy, passion, love, the Sacred. Kairos is intimacy with the Real. Kairos is time at her best. Kairos lets go. In kairos we escape the dungeon of self. Kairos is a Schubert waltz in nineteenth-century Vienna with your soul mate. Kairos is spirit's time.
We exist in chronos. We long for kairos. That's our duality. Chronos requires speed so that it won't be wasted. Kairos requires space so that it might be savored. We do in chronos. In kairos we're allowed to be.
We think we've never known kairos, but we have: when making love, when meditating or praying, when lost in music's rapture or literature's reverie,when plantikng bulbs or pulling weeds, when watching over a sleeping child, when reading the Sunday comics together in bed, when delighting in a sunset, when exulting in our passions. We know joy in kairos, glimpse beauty in kairos, remember what it is to be alive in kairos, reconnect with our Divinity in kairos.
So how do we exchange chronos for kairos?
By slowing down.
By concentrating on one thing at a time.
By going about whatever we are doing as if it were the only thing worth doing at that moment.
By pretending we have all the time in the world, so that our subconscious will kick in and make it so.
By making time.
By taking time.
It only takes a moment to cross over from chronos into kairos, but it does take a moment. All that kairos asks is our willingness to stop running long enough to hear the music of the spheres.
Today, be willing to join in the dance.
Now you're in kairos.

Experiment With Your Back Burner
Your back burner is an excellent tool for remembering a fact or bringing
forth an insight. It's an almost effortless yet effective way of using your
mind when you might otherwise start feeling stressed out. Using your back
burner means allowing your mind to solve a problem while you are busy doing
something else, here in the present moment.
The back burner of your mind works in the same way as the back burner of a
stove. While on low heat, the cooking process mixes, blends, and simmers the
ingredients into a tasty meal. The way you prepared this meal was to throw
the various ingredients into the pot, mix them up, and leave them alone.
Often the less you interfere, the better the result.
In much the same way, we can solve many of life's problems (serious and
otherwise) if we feed the back burner of our mind with a list of problems,
facts, and variables, and possible solutions. Just as when we make soup or a
sauce, the thoughts and ideas we feed the back burner of our mind must be
left alone to simmer properly.
Whether you are struggling to solve a problem or can't remember a person's
name, your back burner is always available to help you. It puts our quieter,
softer, and sometimes most intelligent source of thinking to work for us on
issues that we have no immediate answer for. The back burner is NOT a
prescription for denial or procrastination. In other words, you DON'T want
to turn the burner off. Instead, you want to gently hold the problem in your
mind without actively analyzing it. This simple technique will help you
solve many problems and will greatly reduce the stress and effort in your
life.

The Shaman Witch
Shamanism, an ancient, cross-cultural, personal approach for gaining inner knowledge and personal empowerment, is the oldest spiritual discipline practiced in Australia, Asia, Africa, Siberia, the Americas, and parts of Europe. Our European ancestors were guided by a shamanic tradition ,"the craft of the wise," that was badly damaged during the Middle Ages. When the Witch hunters came to wreak havoc upon the peasants practicing the Old Religion, it was virtually impossible for them to fight
the dominant group. Consequently, our shamanic beliefs and practices, including recognition of the fact that all creatures and things are alive and have their source of power in the spirit world, were submerged beneath the convictions of a new religion demanding the worship of one god.
After the Witch persecutions, only small vestiges of the Celtic and Teutonic nature religions remained, while the Greco-Roman gods, myths, and magical rites that blanketed all of Europe were still very much intact. Those who died took the old ways with them to the Otherworld. Those who survived were divested of their spiritual legacy and assimilated into the mainstream. Eventually, many European people left their homelands and traveled to the
Americas, two continents with their own spirit, symbols, customs, and traditions. Since then, the Old Religion of our Pagan ancestors has been reconstructed from fragments of our European shamanic heritage. Some new ideas have been added, a healthy sign of evolutionary progression, and those of us dwelling in the Americas have borrowed rites and ceremonies from various Native American traditions as well. Yet many of us who follow the Witch's path still live under a shadow.
The Witches' Shadow
Shamanism predates all familial, social, and cultural conditioning, and forms the spiritual roots of Western culture as an indelible part of our collective memory. However, the impressionable subconsciousness or psyche, when bombarded with divergent dogmas, doctrines, rituals, and creeds belonging to cultures and spiritual traditions other than our own, tends
to cultivate a system of beliefs, opinions, and ideas that are foreign to our original mental and emotional core. We then stand to lose the memories pertaining to our own essential inner nature, and our shamanic heritage. This is the contemporary Witches' shadow; living under the distinct aura of magnetism of another culture or spiritual tradition (or person, place, or thing) for any length of time, we are bound to become imbued with its essential nature or spirit.
Fortunately, the psyche stores the memories connected to our ancestral shamanic past (whatever that may be), and the conscious mind contains the spirits and symbols of our present religious beliefs, as well as the traditions of our birthright. Meanwhile, both aspects of consciousness are aroused by Amerindian symbols and traditions (should we happen to be born and have our residence in the continental United States), because we take on the spirits of the land of our birth and dwelling place in addition to our
own genetic history.
Most tribal peoples maintain their shamanic beliefs, even if they have been missionized or relocated to another area on the same continent. Therefore, they need not question the images that arise through dreams, visions, and feelings, nor must they wade through layers of acculturated magical symbolism in order to reach their own mystical inner core. However, Asian-, Afro- and Euro-Americans may experience a sense of displacement, coming through to fruition via emotionally dissociated dreams and visions wherein the symbols seem remote, exotic, inaccessible, incomprehensible, or borrowed. These dreams and visionary images reflect the Witches' shadow.
If we can remember even a small portion of our forays into the collective Otherworld, we may discover the core of inherited memory buried beneath the many layers of cultural transference. Thus, our dreams and visions may serve as a means of redefining the individual shamanic personality.
The psyche creates dreams and visions from our experiences in the physical world, but our ancestral spirits and the spirits of the land on which we live also send us non-ordinary revelations and perceptions. This natural, mystical way of being in touch with the spirits, receiving their advice, and applying it practically to the mundane affairs of daily life is incorporated by all shamanic peoples.

The Rite of Balance
The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (LBRP) is probably one of the
most common techniques for preparing sacred space that you'll encounter.
Often in the course of magical working or day-to-day life we have use for
methods of grounding and centering. While many of us learn the LBRP as a
traditional technique for this, as well as many other purposes, the LBRP is
not exactly the most obvious expression of Wiccan theology of philosophy. It
is compatible, but why not use something that is derived directly from a
Wiccan outlook and expresses a distinctly Wiccan philosophy? Here is one
alternative technique that is based on a Wiccan approach to the same task.
Below is the basic form of this rite, which can easily be adapted to suit
your particular tradition or style.
THE RITE OF BALANCE (Basic Form)
Face north. Reach upward and feel yourself making contact with a powerful,
brilliant source of light beyond the Sun, Moon, and stars. Say:
"From the heavens above I call down the light. Cleanse me and purify my soul
that I might enter the circle."
Pause. Feel. Reach down to the Earth below and extend yourself into the
core of the world to touch the heart of the planet. Say:
"From the depths below I call upon the spirit of the land. Fill me with
vitality and strength that I might serve the old gods."
Close your eyes and look deep within. Extend your right hand toward the
east. Say:
"With my right hand I reach out to the new dawn and welcome the wind to walk
with me, that I might know the Mysteries."
Extend your left hand toward the west. Say:
"And on the left, I reach out to the crashing waves of the sea, mother of all
life, that I might dare to dance with life's tides."
Pause. Feel. Breathe. Say:
"Behind me, I acknowledge the flames of my passions and drives, the forces of
ecstasy and creativity, of rage and chaos that have shaped my life. Now I
begin to shape their influence upon me, as I will."
Pause. Feel. Breathe. Say:
"Before me is the dark, fertile soil of my future. I stand upon a foundation
built by my ancestry. I am a child of the Ancient Ones, and I would bring
life, light, and love into the world whether through my words, my deeds, or
my silence."
Pause. Feel. Breathe. Say:
"I stand between wisdom and understanding, that I might pursue truth. I
share the gifts of compassion and discipline, that I might respect myself and
others. I embrace sensuality even as I pursue knowledge, that I might truly
taste and partake of life in its fullest. In my heart I seek beauty and
glory, that I might create balance and harmony in all that I do."
Pause. Feel. Breathe. Open your eyes and proceed.
Simple, yet effective, the Rite of Balance is useful for grounding and
centering in a group context, preparing for ritual work, or even after
driving home in rush-hour traffic. The words can easily be replaced with
others of similar intent. Ideally, you should modify this rite to be more
appropriate to the way you do magic. Think of it as a framework on which to
create your own, unique structure.
Once this basic form has been mastered, you might consider adjusting and
elaborating on it to create a wide range of special version specifically for
self-purification, consecrating tools, performing spellwork, or in healing.
Use your intuition and imagination. More advanced forms of this Rite could
be used in initiations and special observances such as eldering. Again, take
what works and run with it--an it harm none; do as you will!

The Moon's Road
The Moon's Road is a luminous band visible in the west after sunset,
and in the east before sunrise, believed to be a ring of unknown composition
encircling the world.
To walk the Moon's Road is:
To wander, especially along tide-washed shores.
To talk at length without point.
To be visible at all times.
To serve as an example to others.
To be an adherent of an esoteric doctrine.
To retire to an inaccessible place.
To act in a disturbing or inexplicable manner.
To speak in error, or act inappropriately, usually through ignorance
rather than guile.
To act without thought of consequences.
To engage in a difficult enterprise, one whose outcome is uncertain.
To be in love.
To die.

The Clown Chakra

The Clown Chakra
The Clown Scientists have found that all our problems can be placed under
one heading: Seriousness. Seriousness is the leading cause of everything
from Cancer to Reincarnation. Scientists from the Clown Academy have already
discovered a new source of healing. It is a psychic energy point located
between the heart chakra and the throat chakra. It is called the Clown
Chakra.
If people are feeling miserable, if they have financial problems, if their
relationship situation is the pits, if they are in ill health, if they have
a need to sue people, if they find fault with their brother, then obviously,
their Clown Chakra is closed. When this happens, the scientists have
observed under a high-powered microscope that the cells of every organ
display a sad face, and when the Clown Chakra is open and functioning
normally, the cells display a happy face. The scientists realized that if a
person is ill, it is because his mind has projected guilt onto the cells of
his body and has forced out the love that is normally found within each cell
of the body. The cells are therefore saying, "I Lack Love," or "ILL" for
short. The scientists also discovered that all disease is due to the fact
that the cells are out of ease or dis-eased. When the Clown Chakra is opened
and working (or rather, playing) properly, the psychic mechanism sucks up
misery, pain, anger, resentment, grievances, unhappiness, etc., and converts
the energy into tiny red heart-shaped balloons. The red heart-shaped
balloons contain Love and Joy. These balloons are directed to the dis-eased
cell or situation, and a happy face appears instantly. When the light
enters the darkness, the darkness is gone. Sometimes these red heart-shaped
balloons are called endorphins, due to the fact that when anyone experiences
them, the feeling of separation ends. They experience being back home with
All That Is and hence are no longer an orphan. This is the well-known
end-orphan (endorphin)effect.
So, if you think someone is attacking you, Clown Scientists recommend that
you visualize sending that person red heart-shaped balloons filled with Love
and Joy. Remember to keep your Clown Chakra open and remember to laugh.
