for some of you, i am new. ive been a lurker in many groups, and i apologize. for other groups, which i have been an active member...sorry for the cross post.
ive had shoulder/hand problems for the past 3 years. my neurologist said it was thoracic outlet syndrome.....so that is what i have been treated for, its what i have been in pt for....its what i accepted.
its gotten worse, and last week i was sent for a new mri and nerve conduction test.
turns out i have a herniated disk in my neck - cervical 6 to be exact. i will be having surgery of the neck in the next couple weeks and to be honest im terrified. as many of you know i have already beaten cancer and depression....but this is one i cant beat alone. i am asking for prayers, spells, anything you believe in to help me get through this.
 
grrrr...seems i only post to some of these groups when i need help, and i apologize! i dont want to end up a cripple and since i was misdiagnosed for so long if this surgery doesnt get done soon, i may loose all use of my left arm/hand, i am scared. thank you all for being there.

It would  help to know some more details and the context in which you saw this.

Were you meditating? Were you seeking something in particular in meditation?

If you were held down, were you struggling? Were you fearful?  What emotions did the man seem to display?
