Do you have a secret wish to be someone/something or admire someone and
would love to wear a costume of this person but too shy to do it, worrying
about what others might think, if you can't wear your costume you always
dreamed of, how about telling us your secret costume. Who knows, maybe

find out how many would be interested.
I briefly knew of a lady a few years ago (nearly 5) that took it upon
herself to plain and amass together great amounts of information to
successfully organize Pagan Cruises. I've since lost contact with this
person. I was sitting here with to much time on my hands this evening
thinking to myself - 'I wonder just how many people would be interested in
doing something such as this'
No one date would ever be agreed upon by everyone - this much I know. What I
am willing to do is this, I'll do a search to see when most cruise line have
their down season (making it cheaper in price). I will look and see what our
choices are in where the ship may take us and for how long. I would suggest
no longer than 3 day trip. I will ask what sort of group rating may apply
should we have 10 or more. I will discover just what we would get for our
money.
It will cost some of you more than what it would others due to the distance
you would have to travel to reach the starting point of departure. Once the
leg-work is complete and all I've said I would do is done - you would have
to pledge to pay have up front so I could lock in the agreed pricing. This
means that once the cruise is confirmed - the money paid is NOT REFUNDABLE!
Should you change your mind after the deal is signed - you lose that which
you had paid. This is how they would handle it on their end and that would
be how I would have to handle it on my end.
Now, how many people might be willing to take a chance on a few days at sea?

times.

Or has this person had their email hacked like many others are finding out lately? I agree that Cher needs to at least put them on moderation to stop these posts, until they can find out. Not everyone goes through all of their email all the time, and may have not noticed something is wrong.

33 Miners and the World Watches
Greetings!
October 13, 2010
Hi everyone,
I've
been watching the news broadcasts tonight as the 33 miners that have
been trapped in a Chilean mine for the past 69 days are now being
rescued as the world watches. This has been a long wait for us, imagine
what it was like for them. In the dark, nearly a half mile below the
earth's surface, alone, totally dependent on the world to find a way to
set them free.
The
most amazing aspect of this rescue is that it is possible because
people from many countries joined together to share their knowledge,
experience and heart for the sole purpose of bringing these miners home.
And they can set aside their differences, move beyond the limitations
of language, culture, political ideals and philosophies to focus on a
common goal. And the world is with them as we watch, in these final
hours, as the miners finally get to go home. As each miner is are
carefully placed into the small steel cage, those still in the mine
cheer on the next one to be freed. There is no fighting or arguing, no
pushing to be the first or next one out although I am sure they are all
impatient to get out of there. What a victory for the miners, and for
us.
As
I watched the final preparations this week, I wondered how the miners
felt, knowing that their ordeal would soon be over. Were they excited,
anxious, a little afraid? The only way out was up through solid rock
locked in a tiny steel cage pulled by a rope. (Being claustrophobic,
it's not something I'd be too thrilled about). So while their ordeal is
over they still have a little way to go before they are finally free,
and their escape is via a steel cage named 'the Phoenix'. Does this
remind you of anything that is happening in your life?
Where
are you struggling in the dark, trapped in some aspect of your life and
what do you have to be willing to pass through in order to come out on
the other side? Sometimes the way out of a situation can look as
difficult as the situation itself. Do you have the courage to take it
anyway even if it scares you as much as the situation you are in?
Aside
from that, there are two important concepts happening here, the miners'
experience which reminds us that it is by having faith and trust that
we can get through anything and the power of compassion vortexes in
connecting the world to change hearts and minds.
Compassion
vortexes are created when an event occurs that brings the world
together. We have seen then with the tsunami in 2004, the earthquakes in
Haiti and in Chile, the children who were taken hostage and killed in Russia,
and other disasters or events that make the world pause and send their
thoughts and prayers to those affected. In those moments we are
connected, singularly focused on alleviating the suffering of those
involved, opening our hearts to empathize with their pain, aware that
our humanity can be a source of connection rather than separation.
These
vortexes appear so we can open our hearts and minds, bringing us closer
together and reminding us that our greatest results are achieved when
we work together. They are a Universal test of our ascension progress,
of our commitment to learn to be less human and more spiritual, less
focused on our fear and pain and willing to see ourselves in each other.
The numerology represented in this event is interesting. There are 33
miners (a master number) and they were in the mine for 69 days. Six
represents earth joining to heaven, 9 represents heaven coming to earth
and 6+9 is 15, which is also a 6.
Will
they all be rescued? What will we learn about the details of their
ordeal? How did they survive for so long and what will their lives be
like now? We know that they will be forever changed but so are we
because through them the world has become a little closer, more hopeful,
new friendships have been forged and once again we learned that we
create much more powerfully when we are connected than when we see
ourselves through our fear and separation.
So
as we watch the progress of the rescue until the last miner is brought
up we can remember that with hope and faith, anything is possible. And
even in our darkest moments there is potential for miracles if we will
just stay focused on our intention for whatever we want in our life.
Maybe one day we will not need compassion vortexes and the sacrifice
that the souls who volunteer for them make to remind us that we are,
above all, divine beings having a human experience.
Stay calm, focused, detached and aware and remember your thoughts are creating every moment of your life. Think the best ones.
As you ponder this and the other things that are happening at this time remember to:
Accept all gifts of understanding with gratitude and use them to apply forgiveness, release and healing to every situation.
Ask for guidance and confirmation and then wait for it to come to you.
Above all, be grateful for this
opportunity to be part of humanity's amazing shift in consciousness as
we all ascend into the miracle vibration.

Desperation Today
Today, do not feel
desperate
about your life. Do not look up in the sky and see the hands of the clock
ticking away and feel that desperate need to accomplish something right now. Do
not spend your time and emotional energy in cataloging all of your faults and
asking yourself over and over why you cannot seem to accomplish something, why
you continue repeating old patterns which do not serve you, why, why.
Cease this desperation and
move toward peace.
This very desperation and
pressure which you put upon yourself is intensifying each old pattern. It is
keeping you prisoner to your old ways. You do not escape old patterns through
desperation and asking why. You do not escape the deep rut you have been
walking in by beating yourself up with criticism.
The answer is in releasing
the desperation. The answer is in going beneath the emotional response. The
answer is in releasing the past and focusing in the present. The answer is in

Flames of Fall stretch up into trees, igniting leaves
Setting hillsides afire. Who would extinguish such a blaze of light?
Softly in the night Winter steals away the brightâ€"

About Fons: This Roman Goddess of fountains holds a special place in today's
festivities, when people gather around her in the spirit of community gratitude
for the refreshment that Fons provides in all seasons.
To Do Today: This ancient Roman festival gives thanks for fresh drinking
water, and many of its traditions are easily assimilated. For example,
customarily, fresh flowers were tossed in flowing water sources to thank the
spirit of Fons that abides therein. So, toss a flower into your hose water, a
stream, or a fountain. Or, float a flower atop a beverage today to honor Fons
as part of that drink.
Fons's waters are also known for healing, cleansing, and wish granting. To
generate well-being, include as many water-based foods and beverages in your
diet today as possible. This allows you to partake of Fons's healing powers.
For wishes, give the goddess a token (like a coin or flower petals) and whisper
your desire to her waters. For cleansing, take a hot bath or shower so her
waters will carry away your tensions.
Finally, you might want to focus on improving your water supply today. Buy a
water filter, get some bottled water, bless your water jugs, or do something
else along these lines so that Fons can cleanse and purify everyone in your
home.

Tarot Card Prosperity Spell
For this spell you’ll need the King of Pentacles card from your favorite tarot
deck. On your altar light an orange or gold candle with a spicy scent. Place
the card in front of the candle. Decorate your altar with symbols of the
seasonâ€"pumpkins, apples, mums, and so on. Also gather a sheet of white paper,
an envelope, and a metallic gold ink pen. Meditate on the card. Imagine you
are also surrounded by abundance. Write out your wish or goal with the gold ink
pen in the form of an affirmation. When you are done, fold the paper and place
it in the envelope. To enhance the spell, place the following seasonal
prosperity-attracting materials in the envelope: one colored maple leaf, one
oak leaf, and a bit of goldenrod flower. Seal all in the envelope and put it in
a place where you keep spare change.

her graceful body slid into the chilly water,
her pale blood ran cold in paler veins
and soon Cyane was nothing but her tears
nothing but spray and water, nothing at all.

In Rome, this day was marked by the festival called the Fontinalia, the feast of
fresh water that bursts forth from the
ground. To celebrate these sources of sweet water, women brought garlands of
leaves and late flowers to hand about the fountains, The nymphs, who were
believed to live within the waters, were honored in the same ritual.
Today we no longer assume that spirits inhabit springs and valleys, rocks and
trees. Yet our forebears had no difficulty believing that nature was alive,
even conscious. As they drank the cooling water from an unpolluted water
source, they thanked the nymph who lived within it. A they plucked fruit from a
tree, they thanked the dryad who inhabited it. Sitting on a mountain rock, they
were grateful to the oread there. Have we really progressed now that we no
longer live in such a world?.

Joy Always
Beholding the joy that surrounds us may seem easy, but for some it can take an
effort, an effort worth making.
It is the everyday aspects of our lives that bring us the most joy, even if at
first it may seem natural to expect our feelings of happiness to come from the
larger events in our lives. By noticing how small things can fill our days with
delight, we are more likely to experience the wonder of living. Once we take the
time to look around and witness the beauty, kindness, and laughter that envelop
us, what may seem like the ordinariness of the everyday becomes filled with the
extraordinary detail of each individual moment. If we bring this sense of
awareness to our lives for even a few minutes each day, we will begin to see how
just blessed we truly are.
Beholding the joy that surrounds us may initially seem easy, but for some it can
take a conscious effort to make it a part of a daily routine. When you awake in
the morning and set the intention to notice more joy in the world, watch how
your day and, eventually, your life is filled with more joy. The more we do this
the more apt we will be to notice the sounds of children laughing or the sparkle
of dewdrops on a flower petal. Allow this joy to fill your heart fully, and from
there it will naturally expand to your entire body and then spread to others,
giving them joy as well.
Taking in the small joys of each day expands our feeling of being connected with
the world, especially once we become more attuned to them. With each passing
day, we will find that these small delights, which bring a deeper level of
appreciation for everything the universe has given to our lives, are miracles.

About Hine Turama: The Maori of New Zealand believed that this goddess created
the stars that fill our night skies with such beauty. Today we look to her to
expand our awareness of the universe and its wonders and possibilities.
To Do Today: For UFO enthusiasts, this is a festival for looking outward with
hope and appreciation. Within Hine Turama's Milky Way alone, the earth shares
space with numerous other planets with the potential for life. So, celebrate
the potentials in the universe! Read a book by Carl Sagan or watch Star Trek
or another science fiction program or movie tonight, then go outside and look
up! Count Hine Turama's stars; each one represents an aspect of human
potential. Reach outward and upward, letting her silvery light fill you with
hopefulness. Make a wish on the first star you see for improved awareness and
unity among people no matter their place of origin.
During the day, wear silver- or white-toned clothing and jewelry to strengthen
your connection to this sky goddess. If you hold a ritual today, consider
covering a black robe with glow-in-the-dark stars (you can buy these at nature
shops inexpensively)--it makes a really neat effect when you dance in a
circle. You then become the center of swirling stars and Hine Turama's energy!
