Waterfall type flowers in Japan. They are breathtaking. I especially love the purple ones. They remind me of weeping willow trees.

My jaw is still on the floor where it dropped when they found Casey Anthony not guilty. This is exactly why I didn't go to work in the Criminal Justice system after college. It is FLAWED. Caylee, there was no justice for you after all.

Aww but she will be doing time for other things! She didn't get off free because she did lie, indanger the chiled, and neglect her she will pay for that! And once she has to spend time for those crimes the women in that place will put her in her place.

She was convicted on 4 counts of lying to law enforcement, that is all. Her lawyers are asking for "time served" for those. So Thursday, she will probably walk out of that courtroom a free woman. What a travesty.

It sounds like the prosecutor didn't do a great job closing up those holes in "reasonable doubt", which is unfortunate, to say the least.

Even if she all but walks free from this, she will still have to reckon with karma eventually. Whether she actually out and out murdered her child or killed her thru neglect, i have to believe that the universe will have the final word in achieving some sort of retribution for crimes left unpunished by humankind. I trust that some sort of justice will be served, we just probably won't be privy to it.

The prosecutors did a great job in presenting their case. The jury sat there day after day, not taking notes, acting bored, and were just anxious to get back home to Tampa. I believe they took the easy way out instead of spending more time deliberating. They sold out.

I stand corrected. Truthfully, I couldn't bear to follow/attend to the case-it's too abhorrent to me to even fathom a mother killing her child!!!! I get WAY too angry and its not helpful to my psyche (or the people in my life) when i'm so angry about stuff i cant do anything about. When I heard the verdict came in, I was so astounded that I read the articles in the local on line news and it sounded as if the prosecutor failed to close up the holes for the slam dunk. Then again, I live in a pretty conservative area and the local news echoes those same views with increasing regularity so I guess I'm not really surprised but exceedingly disappointed by the way they reported it. The outcome I'm more p-ed off about! It helps me to believe that fate will not be kind to her.

I'm concerned about whats becoming to us (generally as a nation) when so many people put their own selfish needs first and are so inconvenienced by what should be considered our civic duty.

Daily Feng Shui Tip for July 5

Posted by: "Lady Nightshayde" LadyNightshayde9@aol.com   nightshayde99

Tue Jul 5, 2011 12:18 pm (PDT)

Daily Feng Shui Tip by Ellen Whitehurst for Tuesday, July 5

I'm going to break today's tip into two pieces since the bikini was first developed on this date in 1946. The first part talks about softening your skin while making you heart smart at the same time. The holistic community has long known what mainstream masses are just starting to learn. Alternative practitioners have long understood that using coconut oil as a skin moisturizer will also promote weight loss, hasten a healthy heart (it helps melt the fat around the heart) while also supporting the immune system and helping to keep skin healthy and youthful. Speaking of weight loss and that bikini, recent research has shown that eating a half grapefruit with each meal helps promote healthy weight loss, even if nothing else about your routine changes. Or mix together one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and two tablespoons of honey in a glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice. Drink this elixir down before each meal and watch the fat practically melt away. It's an all-natural appetite suppressant. Of course, as with any advice offered inside these tips, check with your health care professional before beginning any protocol that puts you back in a bikini quicker than you can say 'itsy, bitsy, teeny, weeny, yellow polka dot' -- well, you know the rest!

The light of a hundred stars cannot equal the light of the Moon.

Love Each Day,
Lady Nightshayde

Sacred space

Sacred space
The use of a circle as a sacred space, just as a building such as a church or temple is used to hold worship. Just like a church or temple; Is used to hold rituals, the worship of Gods. Just as a church or temple is used as a portal to the realm of the deities.
A place where worship services are held on a regular basis, as a protection from evil forces a circle is used, to define an area where formal ritual work can be held too. The act of "casting the circle" is to be a doorway to another world. A circle is inviting calling in the guests of honor: The God and Goddess; deities/elementals/beings you wish to have present. Talking to your deities should come from the heart.

In North America, the prehistoric Adena culture built earthworks circles of earth for magic or the sacred. In the British Isles and the Atlantic fringe of Europe, stone circles are of pre-Christian, earliest known circles were apparently erected around five thousand years ago for sacred space. Ancient sacred spaces like Stone Circles/Medicine Wheels all over the western US. Learning about the cultures and the historical religious habits of the people, that use sacred space.

Have a wonderful day in every way.
Blessed Be and may the Lord and Lady go with you.
A Coven devided against it self can not survive.

Herbs that help with swelling are fennel, fenugreek, celery seed, mixed with camomile, jasmine, lavender or any of the mint herbs for flavor. I use all of the in my tea when necessary to remove excess water or mucus. Hope this helps.
